The website has become nigh unusable lately. Several of my questions submitted have simply vanished - I cannot find them in my folder or anywhere. The question writing tools, which let you type mathematical symbols and the such, is broken and non-functional. You can no longer browse large lists of Q&A to see if one matches yours, like you used to; now, it only shows the top 5 matches, and the rest are hidden with no clear way to access them again.

Why am I paying monthly for this?

Constantly getting that stupid "HUR HUR, TRY AGAIN!" error with the book picture. And when I try to sign it, the stupid chegg captcha either never actually works, either taking a galactic year to register, or immediately saying "Oops. Failed to authenticate with Chegg."

If they're gonna paywall homework answers, can they at the very least make it a service that actually works?

Fact: This happened to me when I tried using Chegg through my school’s Wi-Fi internet connection, it turned out that Cisco Umbrella has been blocking chegg access of any kind in accordance with my school’s policies and procedures to protect data and network access.

Problem: Chances are, if you are using your school’s Wi-Fi internet, Both: Chegg website and Chegg app access will be blocked! That is due to what your school policies may describe as Academic fraud.

Simple Solution: Try using a different Wi-Fi or internet connection! You can also use your own cellular internet to access Chegg, and whether you access it through the website or app, it should now work.

If you're all experiencing issues with chegg right now and the page appears as "currently unavailable," or "Bad Request Your browser sent a request that this server could not understand. Size of a request header field exceeds server," try these two options. One, clear all of your browser's history. This is due the large Cookie that is trying to load on your screen. The server doesn't have the capacity for it so you'll have to consider this option. And two, clear your cache. If you use safari as your web browser (like me), click on preferences in your drop down menu and select advanced. At the bottom of the advanced window, there will be a checkbox showing that you want your develop menu to appear on your menu bar. This will allow you to easily go back and "empty cache." As for other browsers, this will be similar to Safari. I hope this helps.

Use a different browser if you haven't already tried. I was using Chrome but it didn't work. However, when I switched to Microsoft Edge, it worked with no issues at all. I think Chrlome is about to disable flash on their browser, so the websites that normally use flash aren't working anymore in Chrome.
