Using payment plan with creations in curry’s for oven purchase

Got Oven from Curry’s & used creations plan to spread out the cost, don’t do it online because it will take 24hrs & then they send you into the store and they end up having to fill out your details & you have to come back the next day. It’s better to go into the store & have it done there as a decision is in minutes. Although it took a couple of days the process was very straightforward & I didn’t have any problems. Staff lovely & I was able to take the oven away with me.

Ciprian is a fantastic worker, so well done Ciprian!!

The staff member, Ciprian, was really helpful as we found what we were looking for quite easily with what he thought would of been best for what we were looking for but in our price range and made sure that he got everything. We loved his work and with him going to college/uni is quite hard to keep up so keep up the good work Ciprian!😁😄

New Purchase

We had an excellent sales advisor at Curry's Teesside Park by the name of Julie Ann . Nothing was too much trouble , she explained things in plain English and was obviously pleased to help

Fast, easy process.

The sales assistant explained everything very clearly and I was surprised by how easy and fast the whole process was. The payment procedure is extremely flexible and makes you feel in control. I also know that I can contact the sales assistant in store should I have any other queries.

Buying washing machine

I had tried to order the washing machine on line but it wasn't working out. So I visited the store in Basingstoke and the person who helped me sorted everything out for me in no time at all. He was very helpful.

Great way to buy and budget!

The order process is quick and easy to use. It's well explained online and there are two different payment options. The credit really is flexible as you can choose your own payment plan or buy now, pay later. I've used the flexible plan for years. It's really helped me.

Excellent customer service from Taj. So helpful when I rang this morning with a query, which he answered and then gave even more info on alternative ways to pay and sent the information through email as well. I was extremely grateful.

George mann top employee

Really nice guy George Mann he knew what he was on about and thoroughly professional needs a pay rise.

Very polite lad once he got our humour made the sale process much more comfortable.

Eventually. Good service

After waiting quite some time, we were served by a lady called Susan. This was in Currys in Crayford retail park. Susan was very efficient and very knowledgeable of her job. She was the only sales person for the whole of the top floor. She remained calm and very aware that we were quite stressed as our fridge freezer had broken and we were desperate to replace it as soon as possibly.

While I had some problems with the online account customer service two agents were very helpful this week. In particular a mention for Abenad who was calm and reassuring and helped me get through the payment hiccups.

Very pleased with my tv I purchased

Very pleased with my tv I purchased, the salesman was so helpful and had patience with my husband and I, as we didn't know what was what on the tvs.. Having creation account helps me so much.

Unable to access my accounts via the…

Unable to access my accounts via the app. Have a currys account, never missed a payment.
Now they’re taking direct debit payments on a financial,agreement account with scs that is already fully paid up.
Reported the issues , said they would get back to me within a week, not heard a dickie bird.
Appalling customer service I’m so angry .
Will clear my accounts and never use them again
