How do I see my invoice online?

If you're already using e-Invoicing, our help page provides more information about using the portal.

e-Invoicing

If you'd like to receive / view your invoices online you can register for e-Invoicing.
You'll receive an automatic acknowledgment on completion and a notification via email once your account has been activated.

  • The e-Invoicing system allows you to access your Royal Mail invoices via a secure website.
  • You can nominate one email address to be used as your primary user on your account. They will receive an electronic PDF of your invoice as it's uploaded to the portal. All other users will be set up as copy users.
  • You'll no longer receive paper invoices in the post
  • Your primary and copy users will be able to view all your invoices going back 7 years  using either your legal entity number or account number.
  • There are no restrictions on the number of email addresses which can be registered as a copy user.
  • See our E-Invoicing YouTube Videos for more help

Copy invoices

If you wish to view your invoices online, but still receive paper copies in the post you can select Copy Invoice when you Register for the Royal Mail electronic and copy invoice system.

You won't receive notification that invoices have been uploaded. However, you'll be able to use either your legal entity or account number to view and print all your invoices (going back seven years), in PDF or CSV format.

More help

I currently look at my invoices via OBA, why would I switch to e-Invoicing?

My accounts are all invoiced on different days, will this cause issues with e-Invoicing?
