If you're already using e-Invoicing, our help page provides more information about using the portal.
If you'd like to receive / view your invoices online you can register for e-Invoicing.
You'll receive an automatic acknowledgment on completion and a notification via email once your account has been activated.
If you wish to view your invoices online, but still receive paper copies in the post you can select Copy Invoice when you Register for the Royal Mail electronic and copy invoice system.
You won't receive notification that invoices have been uploaded. However, you'll be able to use either your legal entity or account number to view and print all your invoices (going back seven years), in PDF or CSV format.
I currently look at my invoices via OBA, why would I switch to e-Invoicing?
The invoices available on OBA are predominantly for outbound mail services and they are not exact copies of the paper invoice - they are an online version. E-Invoicing provides you with invoices in the same format as the paper invoices and it can be set up for all of your accounts, including fee services (PO Boxes, response licences etc).
My accounts are all invoiced on different days, will this cause issues with e-Invoicing?
