Issue with customer service resolved at the end
I ordered an item with them for the first time, received on time and great packaging. The item isn't faulty, but it isn't what I was expecting and I simply don't like it.
I had to contact the platform and then the seller (no reply from seller) to find out how to send a return and get a refund. And surprisingly I have to pay for the return. Most companies nowadays understand that customers might not like the item sent or simply changed their mind and they would offer the return.
I would give 1 star for this poor customer service, but I rated 2 as the customer support agent was prompt to reply at least.
I was a first-time customer with not on the high street and I will definitely never order with them in the future.
