Issue with customer service resolved at the end

I ordered an item with them for the first time, received on time and great packaging. The item isn't faulty, but it isn't what I was expecting and I simply don't like it.
I had to contact the platform and then the seller (no reply from seller) to find out how to send a return and get a refund. And surprisingly I have to pay for the return. Most companies nowadays understand that customers might not like the item sent or simply changed their mind and they would offer the return.
I would give 1 star for this poor customer service, but I rated 2 as the customer support agent was prompt to reply at least.

I was a first-time customer with not on the high street and I will definitely never order with them in the future.

Great Products & Great Service!

I work for a coffee manufacturer, and we like to gift some of our customers with personalised items. As we like to keep the gifts on-brand, we've ordered numerous personalised coasters on a few separate occasions to go with the coffee we also gift them. We are very happy with the final product, the coasters look very slick and they're always packaged neatly. Our customers are always very happy when they see the coasters with their name on it, often asking us where we've purchased them.

The products always come very quickly as well. Just 2 days ago I ordered 13 personalised coasters and they've all arrived this morning so we can't fault the service at all.

We'll certainly be using this service again if we need any more personalised gifts in future :).

Unclear application denial

My application to sell got denied even though my portfolio is fantastic, my other stores do great, everything I make is made by myself to order and I am bringing something to the table that is new but also has demand

They won't share any extra details about my application being declined so how am I supposed to improve or better myself? Maybe I filled out something wrong or forgot to include something? Who knows? I don't? Do they?

Terrible service

Terrible service. I ordered a ring that came much smaller than the intended size I sent it back for a resize only to be told it wasn’t possible after being told I could have it done at an extra charge that I was happy to swallow. They also refused to refund and then just sent me the ring back to be done with it!

Songs of ink and Steel have been terrible. And not on the high street have been no help at all in helping me get a solution!

I am now £45 down with a ring that wouldn’t fit a toddler!

AMAZING customer service!

I purchased a gift for my partner in July 2023, only for it to break a few months later.

I forgot about it for a while, but recently got back into contact to see about getting a replacement.

To my surprise, I was able to receive a replacement, despite my order being placed over 6 months ago. I am very pleased with their customer service and I would highly recommend them!

Clicky on who they let sell on their site dont bother trying

Clicky on who they let sell on here , you can sell exactually the same products and far better quality than others and never get on. Very unfair system

Absolutely great service.

I placed an order recently for my son’s birthday.
I wanted to add a couple of amendments to the text on a present.
I couldn’t have asked for more as my requirements were met with no problem at all.
Absolutely great service.
I will definitely use this site again.

Allows rogue sellers

Had an issue with a seller sending a product that looks awful and not as described contacted seller who was rude and tried customer service for not on the high street and they back the seller

Terrible quality

Terrible quality! Bought my mother in-law a necklace with names of her three grandchildren with their birthstones. The necklace went almost black within a couple of months. I wish I'd read the reviews first! Don't waste your money!

Issue rectified

I have had a recent issue resolved by NOTHS customer services with a satisfactory outcome. This involved a seller error which they managed. The goods were replaced as required and this provides confidence that you can shop with this website.

I bought for my granddaughter a pot…

I bought for my granddaughter a pot unicorn that will grow grass like all over it, we put the chia seeds which didn’t come with it, but should’ve but nothing has happened it looks rubbish sat on the windowsill we water it but still zilch

Don't recommend buying here

Confusing way of communicating with sellers, confusing emails, confusing platform... asked for a change as soon as I paid and the final product was not updated. My product arrived more than a week later and honestly I didn't like the quality of the watercolour image or the frame. VERY disappointing

Perfect From Order to Delivery!

Ended up so impressed by my first order, I ordered two more of the same item for other people. I get it though. It can seem quite expensive but these sellers are trying to make a living so we support them by buying their unique items. They’re always quality and never had any issues with NOTHS sellers. From order to delivery, the process is seamless, swift and satisfactory. They also accept Apple Pay & Klarna if that persuades you. Great website!!

Individual sellers keep in mind

Bought an item and it arrived in perfect condition, was updated the whole time on the shipping and delivery. Keep in mind there’s individual sellers items on this website so there will be some good sellers and some bad sellers. Fortunately for me the seller I bought from was excellent. No faults

All good but the Order Software needs a proof-read

The customer service is very prompt and attentive. The item and the Seller are both very good. I found The Not on the High Street website to be confusing, as if it had been drawn up by a Bot or someone whose thinking wasn't joined up.
I ordered - and received - two items but the Bot-wording kept referring to it as "1 Item" so until my package arrived I did not know exactly what I would get.

My card does not 'expirate' so why would it have an 'expiration' date.

Someone should go through the ordering software and deal with the glitches.

Nevertheless, what mattered in the end was that the right goods came at the right time.
