Why ParentMail

We have been working with ParentMail for several years and believe that it best meets the Federation’s needs as a digital communication tool.

Although all items will be delivered in to your email inbox, we recommend that if you have a smart phone or tablet, you download the ParentMail App via Google Play or Apple AppStore or use the ParentMail website (https://pmx.parentmail.co.uk/#core/login) as these keep correspondence from school all together.

For those who have used ParentMail in the past and reported it too difficult, please have another look as they have done a lot of work simplifying their user experience.

Registration with ParentMail

When School sign you up, using details provided on the school registration form, you will receive an email from ParentMail <info@parentmail.co.uk>.

Click the green button in the email to register your account

If you already have a child set up on ParentMail you can use the “I already have a ParentMail”; you can then use the Connections menu to review each account.

If you are new to ParentMail click “I don’t have a ParentMail”

  • Confirm child’s date of birth by typing the date or using the up/down arrows on the right
  • Confirm the contact details school have for you and create and confirm a password – this must contain letters and number.
  • Tick the Terms and conditions box to complete the registration

Once completed click the Let’s Go! Button to see your personalised dashboard

You will also receive an email from info@parentmail.co.uk to confirm your registration to the site. Once you have this you can then sign in to the App.

Guided Tours are available throughout the App and website, but school are also here to help so please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.
