Εlectronic registration in a Bank…

The electronic registration in a Bank and creation of a company account is something innovative and leaves ordinary banks years behind. The fact that I would have an FTPOS on my mobile and it would work perfectly in less than 10 minutes, is something I did not believe. You could inform most people that they can have this option first and then choose if they want a conventional POS. That way we would have fewer "useless" machines in our drawers. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for removing a significant stress that 80% of the rest of the banks have not managed to remove from small businessmen.

Unbelievable!

Totally improffesionals

They are a total joke. Stay away. If i could give ZERO stars i would.
4 years now and still they dont have the ability to pay automatically the expenses on bills
Every time you need them at the support , they will tell you different things and also they dont have a CRM to know the history of each issue
They sent me a POS that is damaged , and 20 days have passed and they still havent replaced it so i am losing money because of them . Do NOT waste your time with these unproffesionals

This company is a joke

This company is a joke. I have recently opened a business account with them on 5 April. Uploaded each and every document which was required since then no any response received from them. Their live chat is so useless every time they repeat same script ' We have esclated your issue to specialists you will receive an email' but never received any email they do not care about their clients that how it hurt their business. Please avoid this company the verification process will take long and long.
Note: Till yet the verification process is not complete.

Nice work guys

Easy access. Nice menu. No problems with transactions. No need physical card.
Customer service is good.

Viva terminal works fine for transactions with cards for payments. The fee is low so that's good.

Very happy after 6y with VivaWallet

We have used VivaWallet for 6 years, we were one of the first clients of the then-new UK operation. We've found them a refreshing change from the rigid traditional players in the merchant market, their tools (retail payment system, website & app) have all been very reliable, less downtime than our other business account with a major UK bank for example. Their interfaces and options available online and in the app also beat the traditional offerings. For 18 months after we joined VivaWallet I maintained a traditional POS contract 'just in case', but cancelled it after Viva Wallet proved consistent and true to their promise.

The negatives? None significant, though the KYC process was one of the more clunky to work with (hopefully improved now they've a direct UK license).

Overall, strongly recommended.

A financial institution who are actually good at what they do

I actually thought it was about time I left them a review. I’ve used Viva for 3 years - everything works, the wireless terminal isn’t the quickest but is robust and reliable. I get paid my settlements everyday, I get my refunds of acceptance fees when I spend using Visa debit card.

I’ve had two instances of fraud hacking where money was fraudulently charged to my debit card , one involved a complex scam operation who sent me a fake OTP.

Both cases were dealt with thoroughly by Viva and amounts were refunded to my account in both cases.

I can’t believe I’m posting this about a financial institution but they are pretty good and the on line chat works really well.

All in all I’m a happy customer.

Great work partner

Been a customer for over a decade now, in the very rare event of a problem, the response was immediate.
Great tool for my job.
Recently there was a mixup with new government guidelines, the staff helped immensely and swiftly.

Viva was a gamechanger for professional pos use

I use viva for my professional account and started some years ago with the freepos app on my mobile that later changed and is now called vivaterminal. I find it very flexible and trustworthy overall.

Really bad customer service, really chaotic meny

I use Viva some years now.
I believe that they started with really positive approach.
The last 2 years their customer has started being really bad.
If you call, you may wait for hours. If you write to chat, you may have a silly bot or an untrained person writing you some 'copy-pasted' phrases, without effort to hear and give you solution. If you want to pay a state service (in Greece), the menu is chaotic.

Really pity for them.

DONT USE THIS SERVICE (CYPRUS)

I do not reccommend this service for any Cypriot business as they require stupid paperwork which is not mandatory from JCC for example, their support service is useless they can not do nothing to help you. Very bad Very bad service and their is nothing more annoying than their 5 minute automated logout even if you use the website it logs you out if you dont refresh the clock on the top right corner nothing more spastic design I ever seen in any website.

VIVA!!!!.... wallet with value instead money inside!

I use viva wallet since 2005(?) maybe.I am one of those guys that support and use technologies that can deliver my everyday schedules.You have been very helpfull and got my job done in the midnight,in my country,in other cities and any kind of transactions I had to get through.
Nowadays i started using my phone terminal.It's perfect and the rates still come reasonable compared to the competition in POS and terminal matters.
I hope you get out an IPO soon or some crypto of your own to even invest on.Keep the pace guys and girls or bots or whatever.!!!

Nice people to work with.

The viva wallet app is really easy to use as a 63 year old low tech person this makes my life simple to transfer and obtain reports and compare takings day to day or week to week.
But the thing that impresses me the most is the staff, you can actually talk to real people not call center companies and they call you back !!
In particular Adam Hawkins has been particularly helpful with an issue i needed clarity on.
