I was put through to a chap called Rod to discuss and resolve my needs for insuring my new bike. He explained everything very succinctly, came up with solutions and got my bike insured, success. He was very personable and made sorting out my insurance a pleasurable experience, something that does not happen very often, thanks Rod! 😀

I was unable to pay for my policy via the internet due to a technical error. However, after spending an hour talking to a very nice telephone assistant, my policy price had gone up £5 as they act on real time. They would not not honour my original quote which o consider unfair.

Terrible Terrible customer service. Sent me a letter about automatic renewal and took the money the same day, no notice, although they knew the car had been written off as they wrote it off. Call centre staff just kept me on hold for over 30 minutes. These people are useless. Go elsewhere.

The customer service was useless in my opinion. When I called before my policy lapsed they kept me on the phone for a really long time and could offer no sensible explanation for the jump in my insurance cost. After the policy lapsed I called back and the advisor on the phone could do nothing other than offer me an *almost £300 jump in policy cost. When I used a comparison site later the same day, a popular website offered me a policy at a much better price. My advice, if you use this company at all, is not to expect loyalty for being an existing customer, and to hunt for the best price on your own, online. Calling them is totally pointless.

IFrom setting up this car insurance policy it has been problematic. Now renewal 4 times more! More worrying is the fact that my husband had a multi car crash? We have over 20+ years NCB and always protect it but according to the information the NCB was affected which is a monumental mistake and I’m all for providing the correct information but whoever is recording the wrong details and information they need suitable training! Poor and I wouldn’t risk them as too stressful. Complaint been sent.
