Well what can I say not the first time mine and my husbands account has been terminated no given reason! Why let people sign up spend loads then terminate their accounts absolutely disgusting! How people spend their money is down to them the site needs to be investigated obviously happening to alot of people

Shutting down my account today , been playing once a month or so on tombola for 10 years . They restricted my account because I just moved and wanted to change my address and are demanding statements from my bank accounts and every form of id I submit isn’t acceptable , asking for more and more personal information . so it’s a no from me , dont see why a bingo site needs all your personal information . Find it really strange tbh .

Why has my account been suspended? Took a take a break which is my right only to be told I had to call and speak to safer gambling team. Why? I am an adult who knows how to use the safer gambling tools in place like take a break. I don't want to have to call up everytime I want to return after a period of cooling off. Please review this nanny state policy!

I have played Tombola since 2006 when it was first 'The Sun' almost 18 years to date, and i continued to play with tombola until closing my account today in 2024...enough is enough on this site, the site changes of late in ownership more than once? and the CM's employed after circa 2016/7 are inexperienced to deal with anyone who has a level of intelligence, most cannot even spell! the spins on arcade deliver zero and the bingo halls are just as shocking. The whole site screams make a deposit but the win / deposit ratio is zero... this is not down to luck 'persay' this is control of accounts!!!! ... stay away!!! you have been warned!

Tombola used to be my favourite site! It had great games, lovely cms and good chat games...they have got rid of so many cms, never play chat games, boring chat and the games NEVER return even a small win! The daily "free" game is a joke! Gone are the days of go fish, where you actually had a chance of a small win!! Now you get a code (subject to who you are i guess, whether its a winning code or not) I am sick of unlocking the banker game just to win 1p or 2p...its insulting. I will be sticking to different sites from now on!!! Which is a shame as I would always have said that tombola was by far the best site. Now, its not even close to being near the top!

Absolutely love Tombola, I've been playing bingo on their site for years.
They have various arcade games, where they are always coming up with new ones.

Playing on site absolutely NO issues but I have noticed when I have been able to withdraw funds I have no visible access to bonus funds that I have apparently been awarded its not clear on how to access these bonuses so I do end up completing my request and lose them. They are not very much in money mostly pennies but to think you have awarded me something, then basically snatch it back so to speak, it does make me a little sad, same goes with extras in promo I've been awarded £5 twice now both times I've lost them even though I had spent £5 or more, the fact that I have to deplete my balance to benefit these bonuses doesn't seem fair either which stops me from withdrawing if I had wished to.

Iv been a member for 13 years+ and can say Iv never won anything big and spent a lot in that time. I use to enjoy the games but now the prizes don't seem worth playing for, unless you win a JP which would be a miracle. I do question the fact the same names seem to win over and over. The free games seem fixed too, especially deal or no deal.

Since I joined tombola many months ago, I have to say I was a little optimistic. Am not a bingo person but my partner is & she plays quite regularl. And she asked me to join so i did At first I thought it be good fun coz you never know your luck & saing to her I will never win anything. Then one day I won a line, on bingo 75 lines. Then a week later I won a full house on bingo 90 that was good. & then for many weeks I wasn't winning anything substantial just the odd line now & then. Then i kept recognising people's names & saying to my partner its her again or him again they keep winning all the time??. My partner hardly wins anything the odd line or two. She's has been playing tombola for yrs. Anyway I sometimes play the bingo 90 on occasions to play the big money 9 till 10. Never had ant luck with that yet, but maybe one day. The company offers good rewards & fair chances & promotion rewards which is good also. In general I think tombola is great online bingo site perhaps the best bingo site on line you can log on without any complications anytime of the day or night & have a few games it beets watching TV all the time. However I hope to win the big jackpot one day on bingo 90.
