Flutter Entertainment completed its £402m acquisition of UK bingo market leader Tombola yesterday (January 10), as the market undergoes a massive transformation that affects all the major players.
While Tombola enters a new era under Flutter’s ownership, the software providers of many other leading UK bingo brands are also expected to be in new hands soon, with 888 selling Dragonfish and Playtech in the midst of a protracted takeover battle.
