Brilliant quality customer service

I was having lots of problems signing up for the free trial and the adviser I chatted with in app was extremely helpful and thorough. They had to come back to me but when they did, the issue was fixed. Haven't used any of my credits so far because the layout is quite different from audible but hopefully I find it right for me.

I tried to sign up for your first…

I tried to sign up for your first month's free trial and was charged. Emailed your customer service and dudnt get any response, nit even an automated response and uts been over 5 days.

Update. called customer service. Git an immediate response, they were able to resolve part of the issue, directed me to someone who can help with the rest. The customer service lady was professional and pleasant. So I am Revising my review because of the good customer service

Once I turned to the phone customer…Customer Service to Brag About

Once I turned to the phone customer service, my experience could not have been better. Prior to that I attempted the chat feature which, for me, did not get me far. I am (not proudly) 20th Century tech self-handicapped. I need a real person, and the one who helped me was perfect. She understood my issues, helped me to resolve them by taking me step-by-step, was patient, willing, professional, personal, and uplifting in her attitude. Super employee. I hope you’ll check your records and make note of my comments.

Subsequently, when attempting to listen to the book I requested, I have once again been stonewalled. Things are not working for me. Once my caregiving duties allow, I will return to the phone customer support. I hope my excellent experience in getting help to sign up for the 30 day free trial indicates I will once again get the help I need.

As good as Audible and cheaper

Firstly, the subscription rates are cheaper than audible, there is a more than adequate library from which to choose, and it has the ability to modify the listening speed. All of these things I accept are available in audible.com, but the subscription rate when’s me over

My pastor sent me a audio book to…

My pastor sent me a audio book to listen to, it was through your service.

By using amazon.com I was able to purchase the book Through Amazon so I know it Was reliable to do so.

I was able to listen to the audiobook multiple times to complete it in three days.

I used the Amazon login to connect each time to continue reading the book.

I don’t know if that was the correct way but it worked.

I’m sure my pastor will be sending more books because of my reading disability I’m able to listen better than I can read.

Great! On all counts!!!

The website and service are very user-friendly, fast to enroll in, and there are so many great titles to choose from! Also, the 30-day free trial, and subsequent monthly fee are competitive and affordable which makes my experience great this far!

Love love love!

I’m always one to want to have a physical book in my hands, but I started driving more for work and Audiobooks really changed the game for me! It’s really easy to use and I’ve gotten through way more books than if I was sitting down reading them!

I was looking for a good way to listen…

I was looking for a good way to listen to books before I went to sleep. Your company meet my expectations. I love the sleep timer. I don't have to worry about turning off my phone and have piece of mind to relax. The narrator's are always easy to understand and help me fall a sleep.

Need a chapter menu please

I am using the Android app. Enhancement request: Please provide a chapter menu. This would give the listener the ability to review a chapter without using the 30-second-rewind button to go back. Or am I missing something? (This is my first experience with audio books of any kind, but so far so good.)

So far very happy with experience if I'm unhappy I will keep you updated. I like the book selection and it's a little confusing on the app to figure out what every single thing is how to get to the books you want. But i'm slowly figuring out

I reached out for help but…

I haven’t had much of a chance to experience the core function of the app yet. I made an accident when using my credits to purchase my audiobooks. I have reached out for assistance from customer service and have yet to hear back. This may simply be because I reached out over the weekend and no one is in an office at the time of my request. I have faith that I will receive help soon. Just an idea if a title is offered as a VIP title you should be notified of this before using a personal credit to purchase the said title. The two credit systems work differently and I would have made my choice of purchases differently had I been notified of something like this. Thanks!

Free trial no playback speed change

I like that there's a trial period. It gives me a chance to see how the platform works.
I've used Audible, Barnes & Noble and my local library digital book applications.
Sadly, this one is the worst. It's not possible to change the playback speed, which is a feature I always use. It's torture to listen to this book at 1x speed. It was good to try this service but I won't be renewing at this time.

Cost prohibitive

Cost prohibitive. First book free and will cancel due to price. Would like to see actual time remaining in book when reading at higher speeds. Why does this count go negative?

Misleading

I thought you could listen to any book with your subscription but you have to pay a subscription and pay for the books you want to listen to. It’s misleading and audio books should let it’s customers know that. If I had know that I would have never paid for a subscription.

I teach a combination 5th-6th grade students and AudioBooks has been extremely helpful to pace the reading for all my students together in class. Audio is clear and nice. Easy to use!

I was really surprised by how easy it was for me to navigate the app and set up my account, find books to listen to and control how I listen to them in itself was a really pleasant experience.
