I bought a pair of sandals waited 2 weeks and received an e mail saying money refunded, not sure why no apology or anything.
Presumed they ran out of stock but a nice text explaining why would have been nice.
Won't buy anything from this site again

The orders take too long to arrive, it is as though you are holding on to the money for as long as possible. Aparemtly my latest order was released by customs on 28th June but is yet to be collected by the courier, shocking and quite unacceptable.

Took the risk on a saving of £43 on rrp Ordered Sunday arrived Tuesday morning. Quality hush puppy sandals. Can't fault it will be using again. I used papal for that extra protection

I was dubious about shopping on Cocosa because of some of the reviews on here but I have to admit I’m so glad I decided to go ahead. I’ve had several orders from them now and I have to say I’m extremely happy. The items are as described and if I have an issue their customer service department is excellent in keeping in contact and assisting in any way they can. No muss, no fuss, fabulous stuff! 5 stars!

Just got my stuff today and am very happy with it.
It took 17 days since I've ordered it and after reading so many negative reviews I was a bit anxious.
Most part of it was travelling from Australia to UK, everything else took around 2 days at both ends.
I have downloaded their app so was easy to track it.
My dresseses and tops fit well and quality is good. I don't know whether ordering from a label I know and trust (Desigual) made any difference in getting the right size, but anyway, no complaints here.
I didn't try returning things, so I cannot comment on how this bit would have worked.
One important aspect to note: when a company takes its time to review and reply even to negative feedback, it can't be a fake. Why would you bother wasting your time if the only goal would be to runaway with the money?
I won't hesitate ordering again, but I'm mindful it may not go so smooth every time.

Bought a pair of shoes through CoCosa Lifestyle LTD, Its been over 5 weeks since the transaction was made and still waiting, also no proof of purchase email or invoice was received....... yet credit card has been charged from this company. Appalling service, simply shop elsewhere!

hi guys i have been waiting for a samsung pad for 6 weeks now its a gift for a very young man who has cancer, i promised him a samsung note for his bday, the bdays gone but no samsung i hav texted cocosa several times but no reply and again i try but nothing, to top it up when i joined cocosa i ordered 1 versace t shirt i got 2 and they took money for 2 how iv tried to contact them but to no avail so im left with 1 versace t shirt in its wrapping and im down £37 oh iv tried to get responce but no one will write back. so if you guys read this can you pls send me a ****ing samsung note pls

As you will see from my earlier message that my points have not been addressed properly.
When will my order be arriving as I ordered in May ?
I don’t want to hear about your policy as the length of time I have been waiting has surpassed the delivery time scale.
There was no mention of the good will gesture I mentioned, why ?
You have completely ruined my sons birthday as I stated previously and you are refusing to give me a refund on my money even though I don’t have the goods.
How long are you planning to hold on to my money ? As I now have a belated gift to buy!
