Sorry to hear that. Here are a couple of suggestions.
1) Sign into Google on your PC and change your password. Then go back to your phone and change the password on the phone.
2) If you are using the stock email app, temporarily switch to the Gmail app and see if that connects with your account.

The stock Samsung app Gmail sign is failed.

We have 2step verification turned on and I was able to set up corp g mail accounts on Galaxy s7 phones. The tricky part is doing the manual setup with a Generated app password. The Generated app password bypasses the 2-step verification. Go to https://myaccount.google.com/security

Password & sign-in method > App passwords.



In the app, go to manual setup and use the following:

imap.gmail.com

SSL

Port: 993

smtp.gmail.com

TLS

Port for SSL: 25



Authentication is the FULL email address (ex. you@yourdomain.com)
