What do you like best about QQCatalyst?

As someone who has used QQCatalyst for over four years, both as a user and now as an agency owner, I appreciate how comprehensive it is. It enables my team to manage both personal and commercial lines efficiently, and I appreciate the way it keeps client information organized and easily accessible. What do you dislike about QQCatalyst?

Some parts of the system feel a bit outdated or "old school" in terms of layout and navigation. There’s a learning curve when training new employees, and certain functions (like document organization) could be more modern or intuitive. What do you like best about QQCatalyst?

I like the amount of support you can receive. Even after implementation, there is a simple to use chat for support. If there is someone available they will respond immediately, if not your chat becomes an email which is sent to the team and usually responded to within 24 hours.

We are a mono-line agency and have found it difficult to make changes to the standard database and interface to reflect our specialized needs. However, the capabilities of QQCatalyst are extensive for a multi-line agency. Many tools to automate processes, and make your information available and workable.

The variety of reports available is truly comprehensive, the integration with automated email looks robust. The search function is powerful. The integration with other programs like Quickbooks, and a marketing function will increase your agency's ability to reach new customers and support existing ones. What do you dislike about QQCatalyst?

The program is expensive and comprehensive beyond most agency needs. Someone who likes to fiddle with computers would find many things which can be automated, but that can turn into a full-time job.

We had difficulty importing all our required documentation into the program. Uploading our customer base was easy, getting every document properly uploaded is time consuming and not easy. We also find it difficult to adapt the program to our specific needs. While most of the requirements for a traditional multi-line agency are addressed, the specifics of our line of business are not well addressed; and there are few options available to customize it to our needs.

We found we had to have another associated program Agency Zoom to assist our producers with tracking sales. Agency Zoom is a good program for current year policy management, but the focus is on sales, not renewals or data management for the long-term. The Agency Zoom license is less expensive, so we have more people working within that program and a few administrators and service representatives working in QQ Catalyst.

What do you like best about QQCatalyst?

It's an easy system to use, and we all use it daily. I have only contacted customer support a few times, but each time, they have been great to work with and don't make me feel like my questions are stupid. I like that I can pull reports and change the information categories that I want to show. I also like that I can go into each customer profile and see a log of everything. What do you dislike about QQCatalyst?

I wish that I could see text message responses from customers in the log, not just in the text messages tab. I generally go to the log first when I am looking for information on what is happening with customer. It shows our outgoing text messages, but does not show their responses. It would be nice if there was an option to leave someone in the system (such as an additional contact or insured) but be able to mark them as deceased, and have it show next to their name (kind of how it shows sibling, or ther relations). Some profiles it only allows us to select "Child" instead of "Son" or "Daughter", but it's not consistent. It would be nice to be able to select more than one type of status when pulling a claims report. Sometimes I would like to be able to pull all "open" and "other" status claims at the same time on the same report, rather than pulling just "open" or "closed" claims, etc. It will let me pull multiple office locations at a time, but I cannot select more than once status at a time. What do you like best about QQCatalyst?

Clean UI, carrier download enabled, generates ACORDs, certificate management is easy and intuitive, email templates are great, and it integrates with other important software we use like docusign, agencyzoom, quickbooks. Supports commercial lines much better than comparative AMS software.

It has basic agency accounting and commission reconciliation, which works well once you figure it out.

Great reporting functionality. Supports MFA for extra security.

What do you dislike about QQCatalyst?

A lot of data doesn't populate to ACORD forms from policies. The proposal looks dated and is not customizeable other than adding a logo and basic agent/agency info. From automation of tasks like emails and tasks, integration of useful applications we already use like Docusign, QQ Catalyst has been a game changer for our small agency! What do you like best about QQCatalyst?

What do you like best about QQCatalyst?

I am a fan of QQ products. I apreciate how the service reps are very friendly and knowlegable. I trust that when I call for help, they will show me a work around (I dont call for difficulty in product, usually just to help me detail a report to run). Between the raters and always changing to meet up with the times, and new features added to the Catalyst - it gets more user friendly by the day. What do you like best about QQCatalyst?

I love that I can easily pull reports for renewals, cross selling, etc. It has a variety of customizable letter we can quickly send out customers. Top tier organization. We use it daily and it has great integrations to esignature softwares. Customer support is easy to reach and always seem to resolve our issues, if any. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
