I am a fan of QQ products. I apreciate how the service reps are very friendly and knowlegable. I trust that when I call for help, they will show me a work around (I dont call for difficulty in product, usually just to help me detail a report to run). Between the raters and always changing to meet up with the times, and new features added to the Catalyst - it gets more user friendly by the day. The billing department let 5 months of unpaid invoices pile up due to an expired credit card. They made no diligent effort to contact me. I was unaware. They locked my user name and password. A person did this and refused to identify who did it to avoid a small claims suit. I had to pay half the past due balance just to unlock my account. Unreasonable, unprofessional, and unethical. QQCatalyst is very user-friendly and super convenient for my company. I would say that whoever has a business and comes across this Program should try it. I use this program almost everyday when I'm working. Also, another very important thing I would like to add is that the support system they have is amazing and they are super easy to get a hold of unlike other companies. Downloads are pretty easy, support is quick to respond and help. Easy to navigate and manage. Its a big step up from what we did have previously and what I had worked with in the past. Lots of neat features that make client management easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Initial set up/Integration is difficult if you do not have a coordinating database that makes importing easy. We had hired a 3rd party consultant at the recomendation of Verifore and it was not helpful. Resulting in big bills and still a lot of work on our end. We did have to have a dedicated team member to manage this. We did run into an odd, frustrating issue but we appreciate that our support team was able to help us overcome it. Its not the best when it comes to commissions, but I believe there could be some things we can do to help it get better for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What is the best aspect of QQCatalyst? The UI. The interface of QQCatalyst is very user friendly. I would go so far as to say that it is a streamlined version of AMS 360. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The least helpful aspect of QQCatalyst I would say is the inability to quote directly using a sister service such as PLrating. When I say directly, I mean in the profile of the prospect/customer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What I like best about QQCatalyst is its intuitive design and user-friendly interface, which makes it easy to navigate even complex tasks. One thing I dislike about QQCatalyst is that it can sometimes feel sluggish, especially when handling large amounts of data or generating reports, which can slow down workflows. The customization options, while useful, feel somewhat limited, especially for more specialized agency needs. Additionally, occasional system glitches or downtime can disrupt productivity, and it would be helpful if there were faster support response times when issues arise. updating manual is time consuming. I wish there was an option to drop a dec page into QQ and QQ would pull from that to auto update the customer's account and policy renewals. This is for carriers that don't have the option to auto download into QQ. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

QQ is an incredibly user friendly system that helps organize policy and contact information for our agency. The Salesroom allows me to track New Business coming into the agency easily for performing internal audits. Assigning files to specific policies, and the most recent addition of transferring a policy to a seperate contact if missassigned makes things incredibly easy to track and manage. The Single Sign-On feature connecting QQ to other Vertafore products such as PL Rater is also a life saver when working new quotes for existing contacts, importing the information over to the quoting system automatically and then bridging quotes back to QQ to save them. For all the User Friendly credit I give QQ, no one in our office has quite figured out creating workflows that would be beneficial for us. There still seems to be questions on how its used, or maybe we simply haven't spent the time neesssary reading guides to understand it. I also think downloads could use more development as far as automatically downloading to the customer instead of just downloadig to the customer location for us to manually assign out, but I can see the benefit of "touching" transactions to know what's going in within the agency.
