I've been a licensed dealer for many years and I cannot tell you how pleased I am with the help, the simplicity and the expediency of Roadrunner Financial's platform. I look forward to working with them as often as possible in the years to come. Thank you for such a great experience.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Horrible customer service, wasn't notified that a payment was reversed (for no known reason and I have notifications via email, phone and text setup) and they charged late fees and additional interest while I was trying to pay the loan off. The payment was supposedly reversed days ago, so $47 additional interest and a late fee tacked on without notification after the reversal. The only way I knew about it was because the funds weren't taken out of my bank account. I tried to talk with a customer service rep and said they will not return that money because it's not "what they do". Corrupt way to do business, if you ask me. DO NOT GET A LOAN FROM THESE PEOPLE.

From what we can tell the information provided for your bank account was incorrect and the payment was returned. Upon learning of the returned payment, we did contact you by text and see that you were able to speak with our agent about the situation. Complete scam of company

Complete scam of company. Loan sharks. Interest rates are ridiculous and you can never pay off early because they don't put towards principal. Avoid at all cost

Great call team!

I spoke with Shay, Jasslyn, Felicia and supervisor Latoya to help me pay off my loan as early as I could and they all were very informative, helpful and friendly. They all went out of their way to get me the documents I needed for the paid in full letter. I can’t thank you all enough!

Shanice was top-notch

Shanice was top notch.
She was informative and detailed in her explanation of what needed to be done to fix my problem.
While going through everything we found out the email I had was no longer valid and part of the reason I wasn’t receiving emails.
She fixed that while we were on the phone. It was excellent customer service and I thank her for her help during this rough time in my life.

Way to go, Felicia!…

My checking account number was incorrect on my account, so it couldn’t draw the payment from my bank. I was on the road to Chicago while trying to get it straight and unable to access the website. Felicia was awesome! She was able to get everything corrected while we were on the phone, so I won’t have to worry about it while I’m away from home. She was very friendly, courteous, and listened to what I needed. I wish I could have this good of an experience with all my creditors.

Fantastic service

Fantastic service. Great communication, very understanding when you are a new customer and not used to system. If you have any issues at all I encourage you to explain your situation and they will work with you to help you navigate. I was very frustrated because I was getting a call about my bill but my seller had not sent the paperwork so I didn’t know how to pay my loan. Roadrunner was both patient and kind. They helped me navigate and made me feel very valued. Be patient and kind and you will get it back 100fold.

DEALER FEEDBACK

We've partnered with Road Runner for over a year now and couldn't be happier with the new programs they've rolled out over the past several months. The new programs have benefitted the dealership and helped customers get the units they desire. From becoming a prime lender for Can Am to expanding the units that RR will finance, it's been great. With the help of Diana, our regional sales rep, she's gone above and beyond and couldn't be happier to have her on our side. She's a great asset to Road Runner. We're looking forward to see what else RR has to offer this year.

Very good company to get financing on…

Very good company to get financing on side by side polaris 570.Very bad when u go to your own credit union to get a loan an they wouldn't financing for u.But guess what roadrunner did for me so thank u roadrunner for getting me financing.they are the best one out there to do business with.cord credit union stay away from them I been banking with them for 5 year,that is sorry business. They won't finance me because doctor bills but guess what roadrunner will thanks again.

We use Roadrunner Financial everytime a…

We use Roadrunner Financial everytime a customer wants to finance a product that we sell. The convenience of knowing an answer of approval in minutes is what its all about. The ease of having all the documents sent to our email is very convenient as well. We can essentially have a prime customer in and out in about 15 minutes. With other company's it doesnt work like that.

Roadrunner offers a great program

Roadrunner offers a great program! Very east and fast process from app to funding in less than an hour. Easy to sign contracts sent through email. Funding docs uploaded on site. All customer service is always friendly, fast, and ready to help! Would recommend to any dealers looking for a great funding source!

Amazing customer service

Amazing customer service, very helpful and knowledgeable through out the loan process. Wether you call or use their online chat service to talk with a representative they are very courteous and helpful. Have my loan set up for automatic drafts and have not had any issues. Want to say thank you for all the help this company has done.

A lender that has structured themselves around F&I mgr needs! Clearly!

From getting on-boarded with Theo, to approval and funding issues shared with my Fabulous Dealer Succuess Manager Mehila, Roadrunner has made my F&I life easier. The portal is simple to navigate, although data entry is somewhat aggravating if you're in a hurry due to the fact that entries sometimes auto-place to the next block, and other times it doesn't. But that's the worst thing about Roadrunner. The deal structure page has eliminated my need for a calculator; it tells you in real time what your backend budget is as you change things around. You don't have to do a thing but plan your attack! Funding is dang-near immediate. Contracting is modern age. Absolutely great customer service. Quick. And clearly there's a culture to get your problem fixed now. Lovem. And my Sheffield rep wants to know why my business with them has plummeted.

My name is Melody Calcano. I am the Finance Manager at Maximum Motorsports in Riverhead, NY. I can say with certainty that I highly recommend Roadrunner Financial to any Dealer looking to increase sales and revenue. They are more than a pleasure to work with and fund extremely fast. We sell fun here at Maximum Motorsports, and Roadrunner Financial has made it that much easier for us to make more people happy riding out on the new bike of our dreams. The only thing I wish for Roadrunner Financial to do is partner with each brand I carry. That would make them absolutely complete!

The most predatory lender out there do not get a loan with this company

The payment portal is a constant pain in the a$$. I try to use it and it tells me it’s the wrong email every time. Then I call and get hung up on repeatedly. My favorite so far has been going to the payment portal on the 18th of January when my bill was due the 22nd and it not working then calling over and over, mailing a letter asking why I can’t get a person on the phone or the online payment to work. When I emailed I got an automated response the first four times. Finally on February 9th 2024 I get an email so I call and get a live person that doesn’t hang up only to be transferred to a rude guy. Rude guy then tells me that they are going to charge off my account. If you’re not going to provide a consistent way for people to make payments you shouldn’t expect to be paid.

We are in receipt of the dispute of the customer. We have performed a full investigation into the customer’s claim and are unable to identify any wrongdoing on the part of our company. Due to privacy considerations, we cannot comment on the specifics of a customer’s account in a public forum. However, we can confirm due to the status of the customer’s account access to our online platform was terminated. As a result, the customer was unable to access her online account. The customer was advised of the reason for this and what was needed to resolve the issue. The customer has not followed through with resolving the issue. The consumer can contact us at any time to discuss the matter further. Therefore, we are closing this dispute and taking no further action in this regard.

It was great

It was great! I love working with Roadrunner. They provide excellent customer service, and great funding options. I think my favorite things about roadrunner include the ability to fund those with slightly challenged credit with a real loan rather than a lease, and also how far back they can go on pre-owned units. Thank you guys
