Absolutely terrible loan servicing. Gave an interest rate that’s higher than the national average to start , nearly 18%! My score is mid level but not low tier or worthy of such an insane rate. The most irritating and off putting issue though is the harassment for being just 2 days late on a payment. Even after explaining what happened , I got 3-4 calls A DAY for being late just 48 hours late. That’s absolutely abhorrent let alone sharky as heck. Also love that they asked for my banks address information when adding a new payment account , haven’t experienced that with any loan servicing provider period(also the reason the payment went late). Over all would never reinstate or use as a lender again.

We've partnered with Road Runner for over a year now and couldn't be happier with the new programs they've rolled out over the past several months. The new programs have benefitted the dealership and helped customers get the units they desire. From becoming a prime lender for Can Am to expanding the units that RR will finance, it's been great. With the help of Diana, our regional sales rep, she's gone above and beyond and couldn't be happier to have her on our side. She's a great asset to Road Runner. We're looking forward to see what else RR has to offer this year.

Very good company to get financing on side by side polaris 570.Very bad when u go to your own credit union to get a loan an they wouldn't financing for u.But guess what roadrunner did for me so thank u roadrunner for getting me financing.they are the best one out there to do business with.cord credit union stay away from them I been banking with them for 5 year,that is sorry business. They won't finance me because doctor bills but guess what roadrunner will thanks again.

We use Roadrunner Financial everytime a customer wants to finance a product that we sell. The convenience of knowing an answer of approval in minutes is what its all about. The ease of having all the documents sent to our email is very convenient as well. We can essentially have a prime customer in and out in about 15 minutes. With other company's it doesnt work like that.

We ensure that APRs are clearly disclosed to customers prior to entering into any contract, adhering to all applicable laws, rules, and regulations. We do not require that an applicant enter into a contract with our company; an applicant can choose not to accept a contract with an APR that is higher than what they would want. We do call customers once the payment is late, as is our right. We do not harass our customers, and all of our calls are made in compliance with applicable law. Regarding the information needed to create a new payment profile, we apologize for any confusion, but when the system requests an address, it refers to the customer's address associated with their bank account. !!!!!!!!!!!!UTV/PWC/BOAT ETC BEWARE!!! USE A DIFFERENT BANK!!!!!!!!!
TERRIBLE company for any POWER-SPORTS purchases…. I own a UTV rental COMPANY in SoCal and we’ve purchased SEVERAL of our fleet Canams through road runner and up until about a week ago (after about4 years of being a customer) had a pleasant experience but now, I WILL NEVER use this company to purchase another UTV/jetski/boat and I URGE others to heed my warning. They do NOT return cusromer phone calls, they refuse to even do a ONE TIME FEE REVERSAL!!! Like all other banks… which I do understand, but when your “employees” are useless know-nothing sacks of air, when I am paying you money I expect ALOT more from what I’m giving them in interest!!! Anyway, I called because a payment kicked back from them, a payment I make EVERY month with the same account the SAME way and they had ZERO information for me as to why it was returned.. literally no explanation and told me to call my bank… as I knew there was no problem with the account or funds I called just to be sure and they had no record of the transaction at all… but then HOW DOES THE COMPANY NOT HAVE ANY INFO???? Well, they don’t use their own portal for payments they use a 3rd party… after a THIRD CALL to road runner I finally found a COMPETENT employee who gave me a phone number to call and actually get some answers but PRIOR TO THAT, I had a request into a supervisor for the day prior and I NEVER GOT A PHONE CALL BACK… nothing, I got told sorry lady ur stuck with the fees that it seems our system failed and charged you because of…. Well… I guess they don’t need mine or ANYONE else I knows business and BOY OH BOY do we deal with LOTS and LOTS of people looking to buy toys, can’t wait to make it hurt for them over the next couple years because I have a loud mouth and hold grudges for a LOOOOOONG time!! ANYWHO, OCTANE FINANCIAL, ROAD RUNNER…. WHO/WHATEVER ur company hides under, I will be damn sure to spread the praises of SYNCHRONY or SHEFFIELD now!!!

I am new to his company

I am new to his company. Just made a large payment on my loan and asked that it be applied to future payments. Was told that they will only apply it to two months of payments which is fine. But then asked about financing down to a lower payment and was told they do not do this. Every bank I know does this. I’m already looking at ways to pay this off and get away from this horrendous customer service.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Horrible customer service, wasn't notified that a payment was reversed (for no known reason and I have notifications via email, phone and text setup) and they charged late fees and additional interest while I was trying to pay the loan off. The payment was supposedly reversed days ago, so $47 additional interest and a late fee tacked on without notification after the reversal. The only way I knew about it was because the funds weren't taken out of my bank account. I tried to talk with a customer service rep and said they will not return that money because it's not "what they do". Corrupt way to do business, if you ask me. DO NOT GET A LOAN FROM THESE PEOPLE.

Complete scam of company

Complete scam of company. Loan sharks. Interest rates are ridiculous and you can never pay off early because they don't put towards principal. Avoid at all cost

Great call team!

I spoke with Shay, Jasslyn, Felicia and supervisor Latoya to help me pay off my loan as early as I could and they all were very informative, helpful and friendly. They all went out of their way to get me the documents I needed for the paid in full letter. I can’t thank you all enough!
