@tanner1909 There is a issue with some Samsung devices after the recent update. I can no longer throw a pokeball at a Pokémon without it launching the ball over the pokemon. It is literally unplayable. Is anyone else that this issue? #PokemonGO

@SushiSlayerrr @brandontan91 @NianticHelp This happened to me. Claim the rewards, then before it says error swipe up and go to another app or tab that is open. Then go back to Pokemon go and you should claim the reward. I know that is weird but it works.

@MissVV_ @NianticHelp All app settings are good. Nothing on my end is causing the issue. But the Pokemon Go app doesn't allow screenshots. So am unable to show you the error message.

@kingxx_xxdoge @NianticHelp Niantic, whenever I open PoGo app it closes automatically and says something like "Pokemon go has a bug you should clear cache". I also did unistall and cleared cache, nothing worked. If there is anyway Niantic could do a minor update or bug fix to solve this error please do so.

@QSKSw reddit says it might be an ar update ar recently stopped working on my phone after it had previously been working because pokemon go decided in the last like month i guess it doesn't like my camera i hope this is a fix for that and not a doubling down on it i like pokemon

@jaeger_sin4444 I guess @NianticLabs knows about the issue in @PokemonGoApp but still refuses to fix things and help players who have been affected. @NianticHelp may not have the resources or doesn't want to tell the public, that their servers have been hacked several times. #PokemonGo
