Excellent customer service in the Stafford branch and advice. Always help and guide to which parfums are suitable. I have brought new hermes h24 vives and tom ford vetvier parfum and le male exilir most recently due to the advice and guidance. The staff are down to earth and know about the fragrances and also have a upper acchelon of understanding for clients needs.

My grandson, coming up to his 12th birthday, is being encouraged to take care with personal hygiene and smelling nice. His mum took him into the Fragrance shop Barnsley previously to sample some mens perfume. He decided he liked Paco Raban 1Million. I did not realise he would pick one so expensive. In view he asked for something else from us as grandparents, I was undecisive.
However, the girls were very helpful and gave me a further discount on the price so I was happy with that. Hoping he does not splash it all over and needs more before Christmas. I am sure he will enjoy his new fragrance and maybe pull in a few girlfriends. Who knows?

I went into your Metrocentre shop with no clue which aftershave I wanted. I was served straight away by a lovely lady, explained I didn't know what I wanted, told her which aftershave my husband usually wears, and she immediately recommended me an aftershave based on that, which was really nice. Excellent service

My experience was made outstanding by the excellent Manager of the store, Jess.
Jess is an asset to your company. I would suggest that she should be identified as a employee with great potential.
Jess possesses excellent customer service skills. She has a positive attitude, high level communication skills, outstanding sales technique and a efficient, competent and confident style.
The Fragrance Shop in Poole is well presented, clean and bright. The display of perfumes is well set out.
There is only 1 issue which caused me some concern. Jess was alone in the store. The store is open fronted and I would worry that there may be a safety issue.
I will go back to the store for my fragrances. Jess has an in depth knowledge of fragrances and the many different brands. She has an outstanding sales technique and puts no pressure on the customer.

The 2 ladies in the shop were fantastic. Made my daughter feel like she could ask anything (she has anxiety) they were friendly chatty and very helpful and knew alot about what was in the parfume to help narrow down the smells my daughter liked.

We went into the Fareham branch to get a particular perfume for my wife. We also picked up a lovely new aftershave for myself. Sydni was very friendly and helpful and we were both impressed with her bubbly nature. It put a smile on our face.

The assistant was extremely helpful and happy to help, she went above and beyond, I had gone to refill my angel bottle and my 10 yr old granddaughter was with me, she had noticed Ariana perfume range our assistant had given her sample strips of four from the range, then sprayed two on her hand to decide which she preferred. It was a great experience for her and a great way for her to start her own scent journey.

Store manager named franky is selfish. He resells perfumes and is racist. He made one of our staff members to leave. And then me, the assistant manager by fixing rota for like few hours everyday and only has put access to it for himself. And changes it when complained to high authorities. After me, he is now compelling other girl to leave by spreading rumors about her. He says that’s his shop and nobody can do anything do him because he has been working there for a year now

Best customer service ever. Lilia took lots of time and had a lot of patience for me to give me time to decide what to buy. Because I didn’t had something specific in mind it was a lot more harder than usual. But very happy with my purchase in the end thanks to Lilia’s help and patience.

I was buying a big bottle of Chanel coco madmoiselle. Staff not friendly or made my shopping trip friendly.
Other shops offered free sample etc, unfortunately I was not offered anything like this.
Overall a cold , unfriendly environment.
