Skindex wont let me upload a skin!!!

Hey guys! I am having ALOT of trouble on Skindex. I want to upload a skin onto it, but every time I click the upload button it says I need to log in or sign up, when I'm already logged in!
I am a new member on there, and I'm just trying to get my first skin uploaded. If someone can give me anything that I'm missing out on, or can help PLEASE comment below

This is why I stopped using Skindex. It often bugs out and you often lose your skin. But you can make skins on Skindex and upload them here, and it is a lot easier if you do it that way.

Don't bother uploading skins to Skindex, upload them here! Where there's a whole lot less worry that some punk kid will steal your skin. As for your problem, no idea pal. Try quitting whatever browser you're using and reopening it. And for everyone saying Skindex isn't allowed to make skins, it is. Read the rules, fully before saying otherwise.

Even if Skindex is allowed mention on this site, no one would know how to use it. Except for a few people here and there, PMC users have no respect for Skindex at all, being it has no forums, no moderators, no way of protecting your material, and no way of crediting you correctly. If anything, upload here.
