I'd heard positive things about this service, but my experience blew away expectations. When I ordered a product, a doctor was readily available to answer questions and provide guidance. This level of support was fantastic!

I Think the process of getting the prescription was good. I feel like it was all checked to make sure that I was getting the correct product. The problem was that it was very expensive. I had a private prescription I got 15 sachets with your prescription. I’ve got 3 sashes this was my fault as I hadn’t read how much was in the prescription hence why I didn’t complain so my advice would be to make sure you read how much you’re getting before you order. I just took it that I would get the standard 12 weeks prescription that you would normally get.

It was so easy to do it all online! The service was prompt and efficient and the medication was delivered when it was expected. The reply from the doctor was comprehensive. It is a great service that I needed when I knew what I needed but could not see a GP.

Such an easy process! Recommended the treatment by someone with the exact condition, uploaded photos and approved by GP, treatment is already working. By-passed the ordeal of making a local GP appointment and running around town for prescription all for a minor complaint. Will use again without hesitation.

Disappointed. I clearly outlined what I had already been trying for months and it hadn’t worked. When the recommendations came through it was more of what I had already been trying. Waste of £20.
Got advice for free from Boots pharmacy and treatment worked.

Always quick and efficient. Always cautious and checking physicality and appropriate course of medication. Checked and doubled checked by qualified doctors. Relatively cheap too. Obviously a working NHS would be better but as a private service this is excellent.
