Uber Instant pay is down

Instant pay from Uber app isn't working. It's works using your Uber Pro card to transfer funds to your debit card but not doing a transfer directly from the app to your debit. The worst part is CS. They gaslight you like there aren't any problems and this is just they way it works.

Deactivated

Uber deactivated my diamond account due to someone trying to use my name on a new account with 5 different emails. After speaking to them for hours and identifying myself they still can deactivate those emails or reactivate my account leaving me with no work on a busy Friday night. I will lose $$$ because of this. All they had to do was reach out to me to verify those false emails with a DM, text or email or call. Guess it’s just easier to screw the diamond driver and shut him down. Oh yea to make it better I have to wait until”business hours” before this can be resolved according to the call.

Uber rental car program is a scam they scam me out of 645$. Once you pickup the rental, uber will not allow you to go online for trips. It’s the biggest scam I’ve have ever seen. I have receipts and documents to prove to it.

On April 14, I arrived at the Orlando Airport, proceeded to get an estimate for Uber-X to get a ride home and then accepted the proposal. The price quoted was about $21.00. When I actually was billed I was charge 2.5 X for "surge pricing". This total including tip was $65.82. Which was paid via PayPal. Uber quoted one price and then charged another. Bait and Switch pricing.

Couldn't cashout today. Rarely have an issue.. Hold for support was too long so im guessing there's an issue with cashouts

Same thing happening in Rochester NY. They keep giving me textbook answers…week now. I have a 4.91 rating and no problems, background check is cleared, all documents up to date. Very upsetting as this is all whats taking care of our bills right now.

I dont think that uber driver know about the GPS that uber have many times i was cancelout after their could not find the right direction i dont think i should pay uber .

Uber eats app not stable, unable to make any money. Application keeps crashing, every time I accept a delivery it won’t show me the route. I have to close the app and restart it constantly. When I am just about to make a delivery I get another request . I try and cancel it so I can make my delivery but it doesn’t shut down . I am constantly shutting my phone off and restarting it. The Uber eats was working fine 6 months ago. All of the problems started with the recent merging with post mates.

Uber driver app not updating trips (of course it's for 2 long XL rides). Can't even get customer service on the phone, phone lines are bogged down.

Just got done with phone support after an hour hold. They are very aware of the problem and trying to get it corrected as quick as possible. They said all missing info will be corrected and it does state in a help section that things can take up to 48 hours to show. I was freaking out as well, don’t let the stress bug you and now to ensure take screen shot of order before accepting and upon delivery or as I am can take the time off until corrected.
I am a Reno, NV driver and the influx of people starting vacation was insane so I can only imagine what Uber’s system is going through.
