Victoria hearts is a complete scam. I viii two women in the city of Sumy . I accidentally came across one of them and called out the name she had in the site but with no response which seemed strange. I then got next to her and she was shocked and said she needed the interpreter. She understood enough English to understand me as I had found out on other meetings with her . Victoriahearts is a scam . They take you for all they can. I have been there and experienced the whole package apart from their scam on apartments and airport transfers which are scandalous

Today the lady that I am in relationship is at her mothers funeral , and yet the agent paid commission has the profile showing active on this victoria hearts web site . previously 4 months ago when I found her profile also on this site I asked her about it as it was showing live for hours during her working day , and she said who is the web site I do not know it . Avoid this web site it just fraud
I spent time on the site, i do agree with the others, IT IS A Scam, after the expense of thousands of dollars ( CDN ) No real reply from any of the so called ladies on the site, of course you are encouraged to spend a minimum of 3000 credits to get an email address, if your lucky you may get a response, from that address and as soon as you question to many times, regarding real contact information, oh guess what you are blocked. Money Grab Whether Victoria Hearts, Asia Charm, or Love Swans, and they may have other sites built on the same code, these are cash grab sites, and they ALL prevent actual contact between parties, clearly contrary to the very publicized goal of enabling people to get together. Agencies get paid to put women on these sites. Many interactions are SCRIPTED and you may receive a message that contains "bla bla [name]" where NAME should have been replaced with your handle or site name, but wasn't. A revealing omission. Some women are legitimate, but getting email address, or phone, is forbidden and these sites will not let such data through. It would be cheaper to purcchase a flight & go to China (need a visa), or Ukraine or other, than to spend much time on these sites.

The site appears to employ women (or others posing as women), who lure men into chat situations that are expensive for the men, and end up nowhere. The women ask generic stupid questions in the hope that the victim will answer. After some time of chatting, the questions seem to repeat, indicating that these women are working shifts. It's as though you are chatting with a totally different person.

While the veracity of the women involved is always at question the intent of the site owners is clear! Get as much money as possible from you! They charge an awful lot and then they don’t really help you understand how you are paying for their service; what cost what. They are not customer service friendly and are inflexible with disputes. This company send unsolicited bulk emails (SPAM). Despite receiving assurances last year that i was removed from all of their SPAM lists they have chosen to start again. The 'unsubscribe' link that is provided in the emails does nothing but make you feel like you have unsubscribed.
I don’t know what everyone is whinging about, sure the girls profiles may not be authentic, but so are a lot of websites. If you’re irresolute about her profile, ask her to send a selfie or even go live and watch her for 5 minutes or so while you’re on the chat. I remembered badgering a girl to send me a selfie because I didn’t know if she was real or fake, but she did and wrote “You hurt my feelings” on a piece of paper before she blocked me. If you’re on this site to be serious, pick a maximum of 4 girls to seriously write too, otherwise you’re wasting money by writing to girls arbitrarily.

Victoria Hearts is giant scam my wife is from kiev we live in USA her profile has been on Victoria Hearts and at least 7 other sites for 4plus years ?? They never update profiles with new photos People do age. We have reached out to customer support to remove her profile and we never get a clear response ?? We sent customer support a 38 second confirmation video of her with someone's outdated passport??? So called moderator supervisor ?? Just respond with ladies profile and documents are valid ?? We noticed all names are English Harry ,Daniel, Julia . My theory is I work for IT And traced their server to Kirkland WA USA ???
My wife was from Donetsk Ukraine held by Russian speratists and left with no ID??? Let me tell you a true ordeal to get her valid Paperwork to travel to USA!! We are just are trying to help men save money on these scam sites and getting hurt emotionally.

According to the information, the lady never contacted Customer Support with the request to delete her account on the website, and the account of a member could be removed only if s/he contacts us personally. We have never received such a request from the lady, and you have never provided the screenshot that would confirm such desire from the lady's side.
We ask our members to complete the verification procedure and confirm their identity. They do so by presenting documents and recording a video. Once the Moderation team receives such information, the member's profile becomes verified, meaning there is a Verified Member sign. Taken into account such security measures, the profile of a member could be removed only upon personal inquiry from that member.
The members are free to post and update their profiles when they wish. We cannot force the member to upload new photos as well as change their profile information. They are the ones who have access and the authorization to perform such kind of action. You can always ask the lady to send you photos via the website or on private email if you have exchange contact details, but we cannot force our members to perform any kind of action if they do not want it, Brian.
We have never scammed anyone and review every complaint individually. From our side, we do not tolerate the scam. In case the investigation results confirm the violation of the rules such users will be banned from the site.
