- Download the Bank of America app from Google Play or the App Store.
- Open the app.
- Enter your online ID and passcode.

How To Retrieve a Forgotten Username or Password
If you forgot your username or password, you can retrieve either one by following these simple instructions:
- Bank of America will prompt you to its “Forgot Online ID and Passcode” page.
- Enter the last six digits of your card or account number into the blank space provided.
- Enter your Social Security number or Tax ID Number.
- If you do not have a Social Security or Tax ID number, you will be prompted to a new page.
- Enter your checking or savings account number in the blank space provided.
- Then, enter the last six digits of your ATM or debit card.
- Lastly, enter your PIN number.
How To View Your Bank of America Statement Information
Credit card, checking and savings statements become available in mobile and online banking on approximately the same date each month, which depends on your statement closing date. You can also view your statement by viewing check images online. You can view, print and download statements from the past 36 months.
These statements can be viewed electronically or mailed directly to you. When you log in to your online banking account, you can choose to go paperless now, where you will only receive emails when a new statement is available to view. When you log in, select “Profile Settings,” then “Paperless Settings.” There’s no fee to go paperless, and it’s environmentally friendly.
