If it's possible to give -100 in a review I would about this company. I grudged even tapping the stars! This company is a total scam! I hope others read these reviews before ordering, I so wish I had! The wigs received are shocking! I wouldn't even put that near a dolls head never mind my own, they're that bad I wouldn't even embarass myself at Halloween wearing them! Felt grimey, smelt awful, looked awful, 1 was matted at the crown like it had been singed with heat, other one had great big glue globs as follicles, nothing like the pics in the slightest. Sent an email complaint & the reply is laughable "I think the wigs look ok, you keep them & would you take a $40 discount" Eh nope! If I want to do a full refund/return they'll only give me half of what was paid & I have to pay the return fees! Absolutely shocking how this company is allowed to trade!

Their login does not work nor does the password reset or chat and to return you must log in to their site so you are stuck and taken for what I paid for a very poor quality product that looks nothing like the picture. Stay away from these guys.

I really wish I had read this first, spent over £170 on three wigs months ago.

Still no wigs ! They have offered me a partial refund claiming that ‘because I want to cancel’ NO I said if I don’t have my goods then you should refund me in full!! No goods no money

I have been receiving emails from them saying it’s being made but reading other reviews I’m unsure what is heading my way …. If anything at all 😏. Also have moved home since placing order it has been that long.

Can i give less than one star - the wig took over 3 months to arrive - it is the wrong colur, the wrong length - BEWARE - the pictures on the website do not in any way reflect what you will get - steer well clear.

I was exuberant to receive my wig and the wig super exceeded my expectations. I will definitely do business with this company again. They always answered my emails in a timely manner. Thanks again, for this most valuable experience and I just love your products.

I purchased 2 wigs same time, one came the other showed up 2 weeks later. The phone number is non functional, no response email. When the second wig came it was a different wig than ordered. Neither wig looked anything like the pic. They will NEVER get another order from me..SAVE YOUR MONEY, BUY ELSE WHERE.

I ordered wigs from there and they didn’t state that they were from China-another company name:Yourchics.com from Hong Kong. It was $247.00.I NEVER EVER EVER would have ordered from a company in Hong Kong.
I notified this scam company immediately after they charged my credit card stating they scammed me and I contested it with my credit card company. I’m so sick of being scammed. Beware of the scammers. Have emailed them several times since and they refuse to respond.

I’m going to file formal complaint with Attirney General and the BB. If I have to I will take them to small claims court

It's been over 45 days and I have not received the wig. I did not know this company is in China or I would never have purchased. They gave me a tracking number that does not work and when I tried to get information regarding my order, it says I don't have any orders with them. They are refusing to give me a refund by saying the wig has shipped but their prior email said it would be shipped a different date. I will never purchase from this company again. Buyers beware. I wish that I could give a zero star.

This fraudulent place ripped me off for $152. All numbers to contact them are no good. They only use automated emails that some will contact you in 48 hrs. When I disputed purchase because I can't contact them. They will produce a delivered receipt. You can't win but I will write any and everyone I can to get someone to start an investigation on these scammers. I'm donating that piece of wig and writing it off on taxes.I've brought wigs online and this is my first scam. When you try to dispute on the website it will say NO ORDERS. I'm Blocking them and still looking for anyway to report them.

I ordered wig that was supposed to be #1b with blond highlights. What I received was the opposite. A blond wig with some black. I immediately contacted company and phone doesn’t work. After emailing them they never admitted it was their mistake and suggested that I keep wig and they would give me $50.

I was not happy so please don’t order from this company or be prepared to keep whatever errors are made bc to return to China is almost impossible. I still have not received my $50 and the wig is not a good quality wig and worth the money I paid. Lesson learned,

Do not ever send money to this “company”. In July I paid $194 for what was supposed to be a human hair wig. It was nothing like it was advertised and was a cheap synthetic wig. A piece of seaweed on my head wouldn’t looked 100% better and that’s no exaggeration.

I’ve been waiting FIVE MONTHS for a refund and have sent 19 emails but keep getting blown off.

It’s a total scam and they’ll never refund your money. $194 is a lot of money to lose.

It took 3+ months to receive the wig I ordered. When it arrived, it looked nothing like the wig I thought I was buying for $217 and it was so small I ended up giving it to my child. I contacted the company wanting to return the item, but I was told that at most, they would refund $100 and I would have to it pay for the return shipping. If you decide to buy from this company, you’ve been warned.

FINALLY IVE FILED A CLAIM THROUGH MY BANK FOR A REFUND, WARNING DO NOT TRY TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK FROM THEM, THEY WILL ONLY GIVE YOU A PARTIAL PAYMENT IF THAT, AND DONT GO THROUGH PAY PAL, THEY TAKE TO LONG AND WONT WORK TO GET YOUR FULL REFUND, GO THROUGH YOUR BANK, AND KEEP ANY EMAILS THAT YOU HAVE SENT THEM, OH THE NUMBER THAT THEY GIVE YOU IS A FAKE NUMBER, FILE A CLAIM THROUGH YOUR BANK, THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. I PRAY YOU WILL BE ABLE TO GET A FULL REFUND. SMH!!!GOOD LUCK!!!!

I have only myself to blame for not coming here first to see what kind of reviews this APPALLING business has received before ordering my wig!
I ordered a dark brown real hair pixie wig in a lovely short spiky gamine style.
I got a dark brown real hair wig and that is where the similarity ended!!
The cut is so bad it is actually laughable. I’m not exaggerating when I say it looks like it was done by a 6 year old - imagine what happens to a barbie doll’s hair on a boring rainy day in lockdown when a little someone borrows the kitchen scissors?! Now you’re on the right track.
I’m not sure if it can be salvaged. I’m going to try getting it cut - you never know.
I’m not wasting any time or effort in trying to get a refund because I’ve read enough here about this businesses so-called customer service policy!!

I decided to have a go at getting my money back - still in the process of taking this up via PayPal.

The Customer service is excellent, respond right away for any questions and they are very helpful! I have been ordered the wigs for a few times and they all arrived in good condition. I am satisfied and very happy. They are absolutely beautiful! I love those wigs..I look much younger since i have lots of grey hair and decided not to dye my hair anymore! I think Wig is like a fashion! We can wear them anytime we want and look great!

Wish I could select 0 stars. Waited a month (with no confirmation e-mail, order number, or tracking information) and received whatever wig they could fit in the box. Not even close to what I ordered.

One day I started receiving daily emails out of the blue and never subscribed to wigsbuy. I have tried to unsubscribe over 20 times and I keep receiving these annoying emails. I don’t need a wig. I’m a guy, with ALL OF MY HAIR.

THIS COMPANY IS VERY ANNOYING!

The wig was not as pictured. Not the same style. It took several emails back and forth to convince the Rep I wanted to return the item. However, due to the Return address in in China, it would cost more to return it than to keep the item, and on top of that, they will deduct the shipping expenses, which at the very end, I would loose by returning the item. That is why I do not recommend it.

This purchase was a total scam. Iwish I had read the reviews earlier. The wig I purchased arrived with lots of worthless freebies. Instead of the one wig stand I had ordered, I was sent six. The wig itself was unwearable and I couldn't even part it as the base showed all the matted ends and the weaving. I tried to apply for a return but they offered me a paltry sum and another if I returned the wig which would have cost me again a lot of money. They did not honour the returns procedure stated in their terms. Fortunately Paypal came to the rescue. What you see in the photos is not what you get.
