Buildium has completely transformed how I run my property management business. I went from having little visibility into my rentals to having a clear, real-time pulse on day-to-day operations. I no longer need to share spreadsheets for updates, track delinquencies manually, or dig for information - everything I need is centralized and easy to access.

I love Buildium and their incredible support team! Every feature has been simple to set up, and their guidance made onboarding seamless. Buildium is a great software! It has made a huge diffence from our prior QB's software we were using. Our tenants are able to make rent payments by using the portal. We are recieving less and less checks to process.
Accounting is also happy to see how easy is to navigate all journal entries/bill payment & EFT. Our CPA is able to login and collect all the data for tax return filing. Buildium, is an outstanding software. A happy customer here.

The app is solid and easy to use, but customer support is abysmal. I have worked for almost a year and a half to get the repayment working in the Virgin Islands. We were told to go through CSG Forte. We were approved, but then Buildium denied us without any satisfactory response. Other than the bank account, our sister company uses the same bank as we do. It has been beyond frustrating.

I run a growing property management business, and we're growing fairly quickly.

I use Buildium epay so people can pay their rents via the portal, which sounds like a great plan... At least unti
l you realize that Buildium decides to implement ridiculously low deposit limits.

2 months in a row, the limit they granted me was so low that I had tenants unable to pay their rents. Looking at a third month in a row now potentially so I decided to not let people pay online to start off, but they now have to bring my cashier's checks or money orders to get around this idiotic limit that makes zero sense.

I am pretty much forced to look at alternatives cause I can't have my customers being unable to pay their rents!

Buildium support personnel are very knowledgeable of their products and can usually take care of my issues very quickly. This is very important to me because that means I can spend more time taking care of my customers needs.

Bills need to be assignable to specific…

Bills need to be assignable to specific units within a multifamily complex. I am forced to take your reports and manually create a new report via Excel every month for every multifamily complex I manage. This takes an extremely long time. If there is something I'm missing that will solve this issue for me, please let me know.

Great for our small HOA (54) needs

Buildium is a great system to take care of all of our small HOA needs very easily and simple. Easy to learn and process for our needs, makes being the treasurer for the HOA a very easy job....but don't tell the other board members! hahaha

Overall satisfied. Room for improvement

Overall, solid choice for property management with 100 units and fewer. Have come upon a few minor glitches and could be organized better. Have experienced long wait times on the help line but can usually get through quickly. But once you learn it, it’s pretty user friendly.

Very good

Very good. I like the training videos. Some frustrations with doing searches though. For instance, if my tenant has the last name of "Oh", it will give me lots of other tenants, and even applicants, before I actually get the tenant I'm looking for. But, guess that's just the nature of search engines.

I LOVE using Buildium

I LOVE using Buildium. It is a pretty intuitive software program where the user doesn't need to have a quadruple master's degree in accounting to operate it. I feel the customer service department is outstanding. Now that they are fully staffed, they typically answer the phones right away and are very quick to get your question/problem handled.
