How to Cancel Your CBS All Access Subscription

No longer charmed by Star Trek: Picard, Star Trek: Discovery, or the new Twilight Zone? Paying for too many streaming services? Here's how to cancel your CBS All Access subscription.

February 20, 2020

A subscription to CBS All Access gives you access to Star Trek: Picard, Star Trek: Discovery, the new Twilight Zone, new and classic CBS programming, and live news and sports. The CBS All Access app is available for computers, mobile devices, smart TVs, and streaming devices like Roku, Fire TV, and Apple TV.

After a free seven-day trial, it costs $5.99 a month/$59.99 a year with limited commercials, or $9.99 a month/$99.99 a year to go commercial free and download episodes to watch offline. However, if you're not satisfied with the content or simply can't afford yet another streaming service, you can easily cancel your subscription.

If you cancel during the trial, you owe nothing. If you cancel during a paid plan, you're charged for the full month or year, and your subscription remains in effect until the next billing cycle. The process for cancelling a subscription is the same whether you're in the trial phase or have started a paid plan.

To cancel, sign into the CBS website. Click your name in the upper right and select Account.
