Consult with customers (senior management through to front line) and internal resources to determine how people, data,
processes, communications and information technology can best accomplish business transformation. Act as facilitator and
liaison, bridging the gap between business and technical resources. Ensure the Business Transformation projects are delivered
successfully. Details of some of the projects:
 Recently launched ATB Investor Connect to provide clients better control on their finances, as well as introducing
electronic statements/documents to improve client experience, reduce paper, processing and mailing costs. Over 3000
people signed up on the portal within 3 weeks of launch.
 Implemented integration between the CRM System (NEXJ WMF) and trading system (Dataphile) for the New Account
Opening process. Implementation reduced data entry errors by 50%, reduced team members by 60% and improved the
account opening time to less than one-third.
 Worked on introducing a new registered product offered through the Government of Canada (Registered Disability
Savings Plan - RDSP) providing ATBIS’s clients diverse products and different ways to save for their future. Researching
CRA and ESDC websites for product rules, information and working with Broadridge for developing a new RDSP module.
 Introduced Paperless Authorization for the organization, inclusive of internal and external (client facing) processes. Using
e-signature tool allows great efficiencies, fast turn-around time and improves associate and client experience.
 Implemented enhancements to the ATB Online Advice portal. Gathered and analyzed defects based on client and team
member feedback. Worked with the vendor to build solutions and work through them by implementing, testing and
deploying all the approved enhancements and defects.
 Worked on Forms Rationalization initiative involving over 200 forms across the organization. By understanding the
requirements of each form/process, research on compliance, CRA and trustee regulations, was able to reduce forms by
up to 50-75% for some business processes.
