Unable to transfer a Freedom mobile phone number to Fizz

Hi,

We have been trying to activate a new account by transferring a Freedom mobile phone number to Fizz. However Fizz always gives us an error message. How can we transfer the Freedom mobile phone number to Fizz?

    ·        Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner 

    ·        Follow the link on this page: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/status-services 

    ·        Wait 3 seconds for the green bubble with a '?' appears at the bottom right of the browser, if you use a phone you must use it in desktop or horizontal mode

    ·        Choose the option 💬 chat


    If the green bubble does not appear make sure your ad blocker is disabled, otherwise try with another browser like Firefox edge or a private one.

    Effectivly a Toronto number can't be transfert to Fizz, you need to choose a new number if you want to be a Fizz customer.

    Thanks for the quick reply.

    We actually read all that. We tried entering the IMEI (15 numbers) but the field doesn't allow it.

    As for contacting Fizz customer support I clicked the chat bubble, but it just disappear and then nothing happens. I tried using Google Chrome and Safari on a Mac.

    That's just weird!

    Thank you very much Fling, I appreciate. I think we found our answer. It seems Toronto phone numbers cannot be transferred to Fizz. That's sad :(
