<strong>Enhanced</strong> <strong>Preferred</strong> <strong>Client</strong> <strong>Program</strong> <strong>FAQ</strong>:Registration and OverviewQQ.AA.Are the last 4 digits of my Social Insurance number required in order to sign up as a <strong>Preferred</strong> <strong>Client</strong>?No. this is no longer required to sign up as a <strong>Preferred</strong> <strong>Client</strong>.QQ.What is the registration fee to sign up as a <strong>Preferred</strong> <strong>Client</strong>?AA.The registration fee to sign up as a <strong>Preferred</strong> <strong>Client</strong> is $24.QQ.What is the fee for a <strong>Preferred</strong> <strong>Client</strong> to upgrade to an <strong>Arbonne</strong> Independent Consultant?AA.Effective July 1, 2012 the Independent Consultant upgrade fee is $71.QQ.AA.QQ.AA.QQ.AA.QQ.AA.What discount do <strong>Preferred</strong> <strong>Client</strong>s receive?<strong>Preferred</strong> <strong>Client</strong>s will receive 20% discount off SRP on <strong>Arbonne</strong>® product orders.Will <strong>Preferred</strong> <strong>Client</strong>s still receive a personal <strong>Arbonne</strong> ID?Yes.Will <strong>Preferred</strong> <strong>Client</strong>s be required to accept Terms & Conditions?Yes. <strong>Preferred</strong> <strong>Client</strong>s will be required to acknowledge the <strong>Arbonne</strong> <strong>Preferred</strong> <strong>Client</strong> <strong>Program</strong> Terms & Conditions butwill no longer be required to sign the <strong>Arbonne</strong> Independent Consultant Application & Agreement or provide a SocialInsurance number.What is the registration term to sign up as a <strong>Preferred</strong> <strong>Client</strong>?The registration term for <strong>Preferred</strong> <strong>Client</strong>s is 12 months from the month they signed up. An $18 renewal fee must be paideach year to keep the <strong>Arbonne</strong> ID active.Q Q. Is there a maintenance requirement for <strong>Preferred</strong> <strong>Client</strong>s?A A. No. However, <strong>Preferred</strong> <strong>Client</strong>s will be required to renew annually by paying the $18 renewal fee.QQ.AA.Can <strong>Preferred</strong> <strong>Client</strong>s earn their way to Independent Consultant status?No. <strong>Preferred</strong> <strong>Client</strong>s who want to become an <strong>Arbonne</strong> Independent Consultant must pay the applicable $71 upgraderegistration fee and complete the <strong>Arbonne</strong> Independent Consultant Application & Agreement.QQ.Can <strong>Preferred</strong> <strong>Client</strong>s sign up under a different <strong>Arbonne</strong> Independent Consultant if they wish?AA.Yes. <strong>Preferred</strong> <strong>Client</strong>s may sign up under different <strong>Arbonne</strong> Independent Consultants if they wish. These items will be included in the new<strong>Preferred</strong> <strong>Client</strong>s’ first order placed under their own <strong>Arbonne</strong> account ID.Will <strong>Preferred</strong> <strong>Client</strong>s qualify for the RE9 Advanced Travel Set and the RE9 Advanced for Men Travel Set whenoffered PwPs on the <strong>Preferred</strong> <strong>Client</strong> registration page?Yes, <strong>Preferred</strong> <strong>Client</strong>s will be offered PwPs.Will <strong>Preferred</strong> <strong>Client</strong>s receive an email with their <strong>Arbonne</strong> ID number?Yes, they will receive a Welcome Email that will include their <strong>Arbonne</strong> ID number.Are <strong>Preferred</strong> <strong>Client</strong>s able to use the multiple credit card payment option when placing orders online?YesHow will <strong>Preferred</strong> <strong>Client</strong>s refunds be handled?<strong>Preferred</strong> <strong>Client</strong>s who place an order online using their own <strong>Arbonne</strong> ID number can call <strong>Arbonne</strong> Customer Service andrequest a refund.
