Edina make it very easy!

Edina make it very easy to solve my problem! I was struggling with the pop up option on the course, so I asked Edina how I would access the pop up, she sent me every possible way to allow the blocked pop up and we got it sorted within 10 minutes! Absolutely brilliant person to ask for help!

Above and Beyond!

I telephoned the call centre and Natalie was the best! She was very patient and explained my next steps clearly, even providing tips to assist me later.
Further to this Natalie noticed I didn't have access to my next unit, then proceeded to find out why and sent me an email to help me understand what to do by uploading an image for me to follow.. brilliant!

I have requested cancelled my course

I have requested cancelled my course, Miss Edina received me with understanding and support, she has kind offered my alternatives in order to help my difficulties, but sadly I can't continue my study due to personal difficulties.
But Edina has helped through the cancelled process in her part and she provided details what will happened next.It was a rather positive feeling from her.I grateful for her help.

I had a great experience enrolling a Level 3 Childcare Course

I had a great experience enrolling a course through LearnDirect. Bevan was super helpful when I had questions about the course. He went above and beyond to make sure I had an easy enrollment. I really appreciate all of the help by Bevan!

My experience today was great because its the starting of my nursing career.

My experience today was great, I was sceptical about the course thought I could not afford paying all the amount at once. Mr Adebayo Sholujo was very patient with me, explained all the payment plan in detail and managed to convince me to pay in instalments. He was very helpful, pleasant and good customer care.

The company is doing a great job for people who can not attend college everyday for different reasons and it allows you to study at your own pace, suitable for everybody👍

Brilliant customer service and course content

I've studied with this company before and I've always had a positive experience where I gained my level 3 and health and social care.

I spoke to Jake recently about doing a veterinary course and he was extremely helpful, professional and had a sense of humour so it was a pleasure speaking to him. I'm still just starting the course so I can't comment on the course contents, but it does look very hopeful and I'm excited to partake. I recommend learn direct, The only downside I would say is that they don't offer government funding on some of their courses, however overall great experience. Thank you.

Learndirect excellent educational support and service review

I have previously studied with Learndirect from 2015 and 2017.

The courses I have successfully completed include:

1) Functional Skills -English Level 2 in 2015

2) Certificate in Retail Knowledge Level 3 in 2017

Furthermore, as April 2024, I am currently studying with learndirect. Hence, the current courses include;

1) Teaching English As Foreign Language (TEFL) - Advanced Diploma Level 5

2) Certificate in Advice and Guidance Level 3 NVQ

Therefore, I would highly recommend other members of the diverse community to study with UK’s best education and learning provider.

Aaron is a delight!

After a response of being asked to get…

After a response of being asked to get hold of them, my inbox is full of notifications of "urgent we are trying to contact you yet no one is calling me. I tried calling back, I get no response. I Emailer them and got blocked...... I now don't understand what is really going on. I now fear for my life and my reputation all because of just showing interest in learning

I don't recommend anyone to take…

I don't recommend anyone to take courses from this institute. I had to wait 2 months to make payment and proceed further to get registered for the exam. They took 2 months to fix their system. They even made clear to me what the issue was and how long I had to wait. I had a nightmare with this education provider.
