@AskPS_UK I’m having real problems buying Ghost Recon Wildlands in the sale. On the PS5, it thinks I own the game because I’ve downloaded the trial. The PS App and website don’t work either; after confirming PayPal details, the purchase fails. Ideas?

@AskPlayStation Give Rutvij in customer service a raise - he actually helped me and solved my problem. Unfortunate I had to talk to 4 people and try 15 different ways to cancel a subscription. Turns out you guys do have someone on staff who can cancel recurring cc payments!

@PlayStation you can’t help it if a competitor has the rigtt hit s to a better game, or has some better software, but you have absolute control over your customer services process, and those processes are garbage. And it’s clear you train your staff to avoid difficult problems

. @AskPlayStation PS5 - My Internet keeps losing signal/disconnecting. If I play an online game, I'll get slow connection speeds. - sometimes even crashing. After about 10-90 minutes my wifi completely disconnects and I have to restart my Ps5. I don't get error codes too often..

Sony needs to get off their *** and fix the PlayStation store on the PlayStation 5 why is it when you games released I can find them through my phone but not through the console itself and it usually does and I usually can't find them for two three days. THE PS5 STORE IS TRASH

If enough of us report the current MyTeam issue and error codes to PSN/Sony there is a chance we can receive a refund for the game, just keep that in mind. 2K have had to do this before with their WWE title.

@AskPlayStation Well I'm subscribed to the PS+ so it charges always my account every month. I got the e-mail, but I think PSN had some error for like 2h, now it seems to work and I got the PS+ after that time. So all fine for now. Took 2-2.5h but works now.

@AskPlayStation Online Product Registration must be completed within 1 year from the date of purchase with actual purchase date from the origial purchase invocie. Each product (i.e. each serial number) is entitled to Extended Warranty Service once only.

@FatKidDeals I ordered a Playstation code tge payment went through and I never got the code. I dmd and emailed support and folks just keep giving me the run around and not fixing my problem. I'm just tryna hop on the game or atleast get my bread back something 💀
