Sign-in Failed to iCloud on Apple TV 4K

When trying to login to iCloud with my existing Apple ID on my Apple TV 4K I get error message Sign-in Failed, The iCloud Apple ID is already in use by another user. I already tried re-set a couple of times. Does anyone know how to fix this? Thank you!

Thanks for reaching out to Apple Support Communities. We understand that you are having trouble signing into your Apple ID using an Apple TV 4K. We will be glad to assist.


First, restart the Apple TV 4K and see if that helps.


Restart Apple TV


If the issue continues, reset the Apple TV 4K and test.


Reset or restore your Apple TV to its factory settings
