log on one more time then select lower bullet point which is saying it is my home computer, i don't want to proceed with security check something like that would appear if you translate in google

Hello every body, I'm not able to login to my project Quebec as I forget my username and password. I gave all answers for security questions but still not getting any email from admin. May I get any guidance to recover my account. I received an email that I have a message to read it in my project Quebec but I'm not able to sign in. Waiting for your kind response with a helping comments.

But in case we have an unread message in that account then should we leave it this account? Please if any body can help to find way to recover id and password.
