How does it work?
If you are signing up on your Apple TV or iOS device, you can subscribe to DAZN using your Apple iTunes Store account. As with other payment options, you can choose between a monthly or annual plan.
After you have added your registration details in the DAZN sign up process, you will be asked to confirm payment with your iTunes Store account.
Can I still access DAZN on other devices?
Yes! If you create an account via your Apple device, you will still be able to enjoy DAZN on all of the other platforms that we support.
How do I cancel my DAZN subscription?
You review and cancel your DAZN subscription within iTunes on a computer. Go to Account > View my Account and within the Subscriptions page, select Manage. Quick ways to access your account on your device:
iOS: The easiest way to cancel your DAZN account is to access the My Account section within the Menu in the DAZN app. You'll then find a link to the iTunes Store where you can cancel at any time and your subscription will run to the end of your current payment period.
Apple TV
On your Apple TV, you can also manage your subscription in Settings > Accounts > Subscriptions > Manage Subscriptions.

Why am I getting an error when I try and sign up?
You can only have one DAZN subscription associated to your iTunes account. If you are receiving an error while trying to sign up, you need to check that you don't already have an active DAZN subscription on your iTunes account. To access your iTunes account, follow the steps here.
Please remember to make sure that your iTunes Store payment details are up-to-date on Apple TV. You will be shown an error if they are missing or incorrect.
I previously subscribed to DAZN via iTunes, what's the best way to restart my subscription?
The easiest way to restart your subscription is via www.dazn.com. Unfortunately, it is not currently possible to restart the subscription within the app.
