Quality for price is poor
Quality for price is poor. Beads falling off item just by removing from package. Additionally, they sent me the wrong sized item. My conformation email I received in general was just full of incorrect information, such as stating my order was placed in the future. I attempted to return the item on several occasions but Nasty Gal's system is not user friendly. It kept telling me my order number could not be found, and therefore, I was unable to process the return. It will NOT allow you to go to next step even though it says Order # is optional. I did eventually get through to a customer service agent, Lenny, who was extremely helpful. He initially did not want to accept my return as it was out of the 30-day window, but after I explained the struggle I had, he did end up being able to assist me, which I was very appreciative of. I'm giving 2 stars because of the customer service I received from Lenny and the fact the outfit is still wearable. However, I paid $130+ for a set that I will probably only be able to wear once as I'm sure the beads will continue to fall off once I actually wear it. I don't even see how it will be possible to wash the item.
