I can’t complain. I like the app

Personally I never had any issues with the app. I find it easy to use it. I can select the lottery type, the individual numbers, save each game as “favourites” (for quick replay), check out and cross my fingers.

The only drawback: it never gives me the good news, like I’ve won. 😂😂

Why has The Lott changed the login…

Why has The Lott changed the login protocol with another layer of alleged security when there is already password and biometric identification. This is useless OTT process making an enjoyable event into a tiresome thing

Bet(ter) the devil you know

Makes the experience rather simple, especially joining local syndicates which return funds to the local merchants. Better than tipping your money into foreign owned sports betting, or worse yet, the awful unregulated online pokies. These abominations seduce many gamblers with free spin offers & other fleecing methods that encourage regular spend but give zero back to the community

Rules must be clearly mentioned in thelott website regarding self exclusions and account ban.
There is no info in the website about account ban if 3 self exclusions are opt in.
Have given them genuine reasons for the 3 self exclusions but they still blocked me.
My account got banned for this non existent rule in thelott and they claim the rule is in one of the pdf of victorian responsible gambling terms. Comeon Lott, the chances of winning jackpot are increasing and price too
Thelott must review their policies regarding the above and must clearly mention.
They blocked my account and permanently banned me from playing online.

I’ve been using the Lott app for some…

I’ve been using the Lott app for some time with no problems when out of the blue I got a login error which I didn’t make as I login with fingerprint verification. Several resets later and password and username changes all with the same result….login error. I’m annoyed that the blame is directed at myself when I’ve done nothing differently. So this is where we part company. Your app is 💩.

Useless Web Site

Its their WebSite!! It constantly shuts itself down after you are trying finalise a transaction. Time and time again.
After 3 or 4 times of going back and redoing your selections, you just give up. Usless!!! I hate having to give 1 star!

What's the point of running a $200,000 Set for Life Promotion if NO ONE wins it throughout the promotion period. It just feels like a case or instance of false advertising.

$2 Lucky Lotteries

the $2 Lucky Lotteries, the odds are supposed to be 1 in 23. Well, I've purchased over 240 numbers in a single draw and only won 2 free tickets. The Lott capped these tickets so people can only purchase 10 numbers at a time to make the odds more fair for players. It hasn't worked, the same people keep winning the major $100,000 prize. Something is off with this game.

Disgusting payouts.

I think it is about time, that there is a minimum amount paid for wins. Instead of paying millions of dollars on first prizes share more for the lower ones. I paid $15.15 for Saturday's lotto and received a $7.90 payout. Lotto seems to have excuses for raising the costs, but the winnings are getting lower. I use to play Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays. I, now play, Saturdays and maybe a Powerball, but I'm thinking, maybe none at all.

BEWARE of This LOTT

I received an email from these intrusive SHONKS advising they have temporarily suspended my account as they felt (made a decision on my behalf) that my recent ticket purchases raised red flags and they were concerned about my welfare. I rarely used The Lott and usually only purchase tickets when there is a massive prize on offer. The email I received I found offensive and so personally intrusive that I have requested they permanently close my account. Absolutely disgraceful actions on their behalf on controlling how I spend my money under the guise of caring for my welfare. An absolute crock of B/S. Creating a problem that didn’t exist so typical of our dysfunctional government. Do yourself a favour and find an alternative should you want to play lotteries online in privacy. Complete breach of my privacy and personal affairs. Shameful Grubs

General Feedback

Due to my profession, I don't allow location services to be active on my devices. It was disappointing to discover that users cannot functionally use the app without active location services. So I'll continue to log in online through the website instead or purchase tickets instore. I've been a players club member for decades and I fail see any benefits today in being a registered player. For those who never win, that is the majority of player's club members, they never get a phone call. There is no other perks or bonus to being a registered player. Also, what is up with all the multiple lucky lottery winners? Last year a few people won multiple prizes of $100,000 there does appear to be some bias in that system. One can understand the odd lucky person winning two prizes years apart but one person won it 3 times in the past few years and others won it weeks and months apart. The Lucky Lotteries game system is electronically selected so there must be some unknown bias occurring within its algorithms to have that occur so frequently. As for Oz Lotto, the additional numbers were meant to generate higher prize pools but that doesn't appear to have happened much either since the change came into effect. I think instead of the App The Lott really needs to focus on better training for instore retail merchant staff. The number of sellers who don't know how to use their Lott machines in NSW is high. As a customer, I often have to talk retailers through the process of how to use the computer to manually select tickets and I've never sold lotto tickets before myself. That is poor front line quality of service.

Been buying the tickets for over 10 years by the counters or on the app and never win! They choose their own winner through people who work in Lott company! It a conspiracy!
