7Plus on demand connection issue on TV

7plus on demand is not currently connecting on my Hisense TV, 16 March 2024. The red circle is just spinning, like it is trying to connect. It was fine up to yesterday. Internet is fine. I can access other free to air stations on demand & other streaming content. And I can access 7plus through app on my iPhone ok. Same home wifi as my tv. What could be the problem? I hard rebooted my tv, but issue remains.

We've updated the TV software. We've cleared the entire TV cache.

We cannot watch anything from 7plus on our 2020 samsung TV. It only plays for a few minutes then freezes. We have been trying for almost 3 years every week or so. No luck with that

It has, without a doubt, the poorest quality internet stream in the world. They're an embarrassment to Australia. If WatchAFL can provide a consistent HD stream 24/7, why can't Seven Australia provide SD for more than 10 seconds?

Dreadful. Constantly dropping off, having to select program again, sometimes it resumes from where it dropped off but other times it goes back to the beginning of the show. Plus you always get an extra slew of ads for 2.5 mins. Forget it.

Sad Service

Some days it works OK until you see the ads, they come through OK and then the app crashes and the apology comes up. Other times we can't even get the ads. Glad that I don't advertise with them coz I would be disappointed with the poor service. Have tried different internet providers, refreshed the app and tried on android tvs as well as various computers. I live in Australia and am not running a VPN, like NordVPN . Overall it is very sad service.
