crash report on substance painter

Hi,

Can anyone tell me why my SP does not open anymore (I did not use it for only few days and suddenly nothing works anymore), can you advice please ? I get a crash report at start up. I am did install a previous version of Substance and still does not work. I don't want to desinstall completely as I might loose all the library of textures I have made up, thanks a lot for your help
