When trying to check out on a purchase using my points the check out process keeps sending me back to the previous screen. Is the web site broken? What is the problem? This has been going on for 2 weeks.

I like the fast process for redeeming my points to Paypal (I just redeemed for $25), It usually is ready in Paypal within a few hours and the process is very secure. I get a wide variety of interesting surveys with One Opinion, and the points rewarded are above average in value.

Ive been at this for a minute or two ,and as far as i can see this site,oneopinion.com is the magna cue lada of all the survey sites, ive been with them closer to 10 years than closer to 5,'they straight up man no games ,serious and exclusive, you get in, concider yourself privliged, They honest, helpful and pay when ya ask for it! i highly reccomend!!

I love OneOpinion! They offer amazing surveys and even if you don't qualify, you get a token amount of points, regardless. Cashing out your reward is easy and to the point. One of the very few survey sites that actually honor their reward system. Thanks OneOpinion!

I have been doing surveys for OneOpinion for many years. The experience is always stellar. All surveys aren't always a match for me but with constant persistence, there are always enough of them to earn a decent amount of rewards in a year.

I love one opinion, it's definitely legit and I've been able to get $25 gift cards every two months. It would take about a month and a half to get $50, but I don't always keep up with the surveys and take as many as I could. I get a lot of surveys and some are actually fun to take. It only takes 3 days for you to review a virtual gift card, however it takes a little over a week if you want an actual physical card or check in the mail.

I've emailed them asking to delete all my data regarding GDPR.

As long as you keep up with completing surveys you can get great rewards. No problems at all.

I've been completing surveys for OneOpinion for over two years and up until now have never had a problem However, recently they are not posting rewards as promised. At the end of a survey they will offer additional questions for additional reward. These points do not post right away. I emailed and was told they would post in 2-3 weeks. Following up is a pain but necessary because it has now been FIVE WEEKS and still no additional points.

I was a member of Zoom Panel for many years before One Opinion took over. I have had nothing but problems with them. Last week they made me verify my account with a process that was ridiculous including submitting my driver's license. My account was verified and then they wrote and said they were cancelling my account because of my answers in their surveys. I have always been precise. They have had fewer and fewer surveys and less incentives and they are hurting for money. They suspended me owing me $50. What a wonderful way for them to build up their bank account by suspending people they owe money too. I am furious and would give them a -10 if I could.

I have participated in surveys since September 2019. Today I tried to login and was told I needed to verify my account, no problem. I was sent to an entirely different website where I was told united states documentation was not accepted. After emailing them I am told there is nothing they can do. $20 gone, time and energy wasted.

I really liked this survey site, but now I don't know what is going on for 5 days I haven't been getting any emails to do surveys, and I only need a few more points to cash out, every time I get close to cashing out, this happens. I asked that virtual assistant, she said my account was paused, what does that mean? And I will do these surveys for like 10 to 20 minutes, and not get any points, and they find no problem with it, and I am not credited.

Since revamping their portal OneOpinion has regained my confidence as one of the leaders in the online survey taking business.
There are always surveys in the pipeline to choose from and complete and redemption of points is a quick, instant process where rewards show up in your email inbox seconds after processing.

I was a member for a very long time. probably 2013. They were the best survey website and the best for an opportunity to earn money. Originally it was MyView.com. Nine months ago they slid downhill. Very unfair with the treatment of members.This quality problem happens when attorneys run the sites and not businessmen. They've shown very poor judgement. They aren't trustworthy and are a risk to live up to their end of the bargin. Just more people that give the internet a questionable reputation. Number of surveys has declined.

A year or so ago I was very disappointed in One Opinion. Back then all of a sudden I couldn't reach customer service, surveys stopped coming, so I just wrote them off. Then after some months surveys started back up again. I guessed they regrouped and were back in business. Since that time I have received surveys on a regular basis and when I redeem points for a gift card the transaction is handled quickly and I redeem my card without any issues. I'm glad One Opinion was able to get things straightened out. I am very pleased with the way points can be redeemed and everything is working like it should.
