If you receive an error, or cannot reach the survey page, try these suggestions.
1) Verify that you have entered your correct student number. This usually begins with a letter and is followed by 6 numbers.
2) Verify you are entering the correct zip or postal code. If you have recently moved, we may still have your old address in our records. Use the zip code that we have on file for you.
3)Verify that your browser accepts “cookies” which are simply small text files. This website uses a cookie to verify that you have successfully logged in with a valid student number. When you close the window or finish the survey, the cookie is deleted. Cookies are normally accepted by most browsers, but yours may be turned off. They can often be re-enabled under the Tools menu of your browser.
4) Other technical issues may be preventing you from logging in to the site. You can contact Student Services directly at 1-800-435-5338 or by emailing instruct@scitraining.com
