I've been a member of Crowdtap for almost 3 years now. Its a simple way to get a bit extra $ or earn a gift card by giving your opinion that matters.
I've had a few glitches but nothing major and I've always had prompt responses from Help desk.
I do miss the "old days" of communicating with others in a community type forum, but I do love the ease of the new app. It makes it easy to see my points & to check out what gift card options I can cash out on.
I've cashed out quite a few times & only had a delay once in receiving the code via email but that was a technical issue.
I'd definitely recommend CrowdTap to my friends & family.
PS: I do see others have been getting Trials & Sample products but I did apply for & was accepted for the last sample of 2 ApotheCare items but per tracking of the package sent out: it was never actually sent. Crowd tap was made aware of this issue but the "apply for sample" stays on my account. I believe that is reason I don't have any more samples I can request.

As evident here, with these 'reviews', Crowdtap's 'customer service' is ZERO. ONLY the positive 'reviews' get a reply from them. I call that BAD business.
I find it amazing that there is ZERO 'tech help' (links) on the Crowdtap website. If your website isn't working properly, how are people supposed to notify you?? Simply......AMAZING!! (BAD business!)
For the past several days your website has not been working properly. When I am answering survey questions, it takes anywhere from 45 seconds to SEVERAL MINUTES to advance to the next question. And in many instances, I get an error message, and my selection/answers do not go through at all. Is there any possibility that Crowdtap will be fixing these problems in the near future?
And, is it possible to get a reply to this post, also? I had contacted Crowdtap once before about this same issue, not long ago, and had never gotten a reply. It is also quite AMAZING at the level of 'customer service' in this country (USA); it has now reached the level of ZERO. Which means that I will most likely NOT be receiving a reply to this email, nor will the problems on the Crowdtap website be fixed any time soon.

Incredibly rude support. Opened a ticket as my account was suspended while filling out my profile, 5 minutes into the process.

Was given a vague response about vigilantly monitoring the verification process (mind you this is filling out my profile 5 minutes into the process), and the ticket was then closed immediately with no effort to explain what I did wrong or address what I believed to be a technical glitch.

This is the first time I interacted with someone on their support team, it was a rude response, so I won’t be wasting further energy.

Perhaps train some better support staff in basic interactions.

Crowdtap is awesome!! They have the best surveys and trial programs. It's so easy to sign up and start earning rewards for completing fun activities. Their rewards are also fantastic and easy to redeem for gift cards to all the best places. You can also donate your points to some fantastic charities. I'm so glad I've been a Crowdtap member. I’ve been reaching their support email to have my account enabled but they don’t even reply to me anymore. I suggest don’t put too much of your time on this. I have a huge score on my account. I am really disappointed !!

Crowdtap by far is one of my most favorite apps. I started answering the surveys which are perfect because you don't get denied nor is it a hour long process. They givee quick to the point survey questions about things I actually use and things I do. My favorite thing from crowdtap was receiving apothecary shampoo and conditioners to try. I received full size products one of which was eucalyptus that I am still using today. Such a amazing shampoo. Finally u can earn gift cards quickly which is encouraging to keep going. Thank you crowdtap for allowing me to try new products and give my opinions on things that matter to me.

It is one of the best applications to win gift cards and not only that you can also apply to receive free products. I love the use of all the time already charged several gift cards and they have also sent me free products I highly recommend it.

Crowdtap is not a premiere survey site nor an upstanding company when it comes right down to it. They lack professionalism and do not abide by the same standards of honesty and credibility that they hold their workers to. My account was deleted and no one notified me. I did not find out I had been banned until I reached out to customer service after staring at a blank screen for 3 days whenever I tried to access the website. I was deleting cookies and cache and everything I could think of trying to figure out why I could no longer access the site. And I had been with them for nearly a year with no issues as far as I could see. The reasons for disabling my account, per customer support---

1) IP address activity: I take surveys on my smartphone, computer, and even at the library sometimes if I don't have internet at home. I guess that was suspicious to them. I do the same with lots of other survey sites and have never had a problem. If you choose to work with them in the future, do surveys using the same device. Don't switch up or you may end up looking suspect to them.

2) giving too short or vague answers. Whatever answers I gave was my honest opinion at that moment. That's what I was supposed to give. My honest feedback. If you choose to work with them in the future, they are not as concerned with your honest opinion as they are that you give elaborate answers.

Moving on, this company still owes me money. When my account was disabled, I had points that I could not access. But I guess it is okay for them to practice dishonesty and theft. Hypocrites!! Crowdtap does not care about the people who make them money and that is bad business. I will never again recommend this company to anyone (which I had done in the past). Instead I will use every opportunity I get to say "Stay away from Crowdtap! There are better survey sites out there."

My opinion on Crowdtap? I have been a member over three years and I have to say I love it! I have recieved many products for my opinion. I have earned Free gift cards to Amazon. And Sephora! I mean how awesome is that? I truely enjoy Crowdtap, you get great items. I can't recommend Crowdtap Enough!

This app is legit! There is no hidden agenda or unfulfilled promises. The product sampling at home is REAL. Redeeming points for giftcards is REAL. They update questions and daily tasks by the minute it seems like.

I have just recently started using crowdtap after having the app for a few months and being in the hospital. It's a fun app that has interesting subjects. And the bonus is you don't have to answer a bunch of long survey questions just to be DQ'd- Kudos Crowdtap

At the beginning it was a really good site but recently they have blocked my account saying I have a different IP addresses which I don’t know what that is and now they are saying they have me blocked from having different accounts which I don’t and also you can never get a quick reply back and when you get a gift card it takes several days to get so if you like having to wait days to get a reply having your account blocked for no reason and getting your gift card within 24 hours this website is for you

Crowdtap is a wonderful site that allows you to earn points by answering question, taking surveys, reviewing products and much more. The points are redeemed for gift cards. Very smooth and easy to understand site! I highly recommend giving it a go!
