Website Not Working Properly
As evident here, with these 'reviews', Crowdtap's 'customer service' is ZERO. ONLY the positive 'reviews' get a reply from them. I call that BAD business.
I find it amazing that there is ZERO 'tech help' (links) on the Crowdtap website. If your website isn't working properly, how are people supposed to notify you?? Simply......AMAZING!! (BAD business!)
For the past several days your website has not been working properly. When I am answering survey questions, it takes anywhere from 45 seconds to SEVERAL MINUTES to advance to the next question. And in many instances, I get an error message, and my selection/answers do not go through at all. Is there any possibility that Crowdtap will be fixing these problems in the near future?
And, is it possible to get a reply to this post, also? I had contacted Crowdtap once before about this same issue, not long ago, and had never gotten a reply. It is also quite AMAZING at the level of 'customer service' in this country (USA); it has now reached the level of ZERO. Which means that I will most likely NOT be receiving a reply to this email, nor will the problems on the Crowdtap website be fixed any time soon.
