      Ive been a member of Crowdtap for years. Just this week *** encountered some issues with them. I redeemed points for a $30 gift card to Amazon. Shortly after that they disabled my account. Their only form of communication is email. Ive been told they wont give a reason why my account is closed and they dont see that I redeemed points for the gift card. With my account not active Im not able to show them that I did indeed request a gift card. Ive seen on social media theyve always done this to a friend. They refuse to escalate the issue to a manager.

      Yes Crowdtap is refusing to send out a W9 and lied to the *** on how much I really did make the amount they have is $475 dollars the points there referring to is my yearly earnings and since I am disabled the *** along with the ******** and SNAP office **** is going to question those earnings of ****** instead it's $******. Someone did a review on them also and said they was scamming the members out of there pay the *** is needing if not then I have it copied from her advocate's email for the ***.

      Better Business Bureau, They did have someone contact me on this and there still saying I only made $475 and it's not the yearly on it was $94,000 they been keeping people's earnings too someone wrote a review on Trustpilot on them they said they was taking the earnings. The *** is aware along with US DOL and Congress is now involved in it they keep blocking people off of there to from doing surveys they got complaints on ******** on there page

      I created an account with **********************. I verified my email address and everything. Several months after activiation, I try to log in, and it says my account is deactivated due to terms and agreement. I did not do a single survey so how can i be deactivated due to terms and agreements? I did nothing to break the terms and agreements. Have emailed and messaged CrowdTap numerous times

      I've been on this survey site for a number of months and have earned money taking surveys. I have been following the guidelines which were provided and have not gone outside those. Today, 3/1/24, I went to log in and found that my account was disabled. I reached out to them and all they say is that I violated something. I asked what and they won't outline anything. and they refuse to give me my earnings. I smell SCAM!

      My account got banned due to a respone on Get to Know Crowdtap' surveys flagged by our security team. according to Crowtap support. They reactivated my account because Im new. A day after that I got banned again. I have not touched the website since being banned the first time, and now got banned without doing anything (I didnt even do anything wrong the first time, I gave good answers to the surveys). I do not understand how they can ban me, unban me, and ban me again (without me visiting the site or doing surveys after getting unbanned) , really shady. Or just really bad security system. Or both.I had a $5 Amazon gift card pending so they probably did not want to pay out. Ive done multiple surveys on multiple websites and have never been banned before, and always cashed out with no issues. Crowdtap bans you as soon as you cash out, this is the only survey site I would stay away from. I contacted them after getting banned the second time, and this time no response.

      On 12/16/23, I attempted to register at Crowd Tap. After submitting my name and email address, I was re-directed to an account disabled page. This was my first time using the site. I contacted ***************** I was denied an appeal, within minutes, by using form letters, or just a bot. All correspondence has been form letters. This could be simply a glitch. However, I haven't spoken with a person to discuss this.

      My Crowdtap account was disabled on 12/13/23 for no discernible reason. I had redeemed a reward for $20 earlier in the week and not received it yet. I messaged Crowdtap customer support and they said they would get back to me within 48 business hours, which would have been around 11:30 am EST yesterday, Friday 12/15. I have heard nothing back and would like my $20 and my account reinstated.

      I was working with this entity for about a month and made $20 in rewards. With no evidence provided, was banned from the app and was unable to access my rewards or continue taking surveys. Filed an appeal 2 weeks ago and heard nothing. Still have no access.

      I am requesting reinstatement of my Crowdtap account with the approximately ******+ Crowdtap points earned. My account was wrongfully disabled on August 3, 2023. I reached out to Crowdtap Customer support (Request ******* on 8/3/2023 , and was advised by email that my request was received . I never received any further response from Crowdtap and attempted to start a new ticket on 8/15, but received no response. Since then, I've sent requests to Trust @suzy (the indicated contact for Crowdtap) on 8/22, 8/28, 9/15, 11/5) and left several detailed voice messages on Suzy's message tape. I sent another email to Crowdtap and Suzy on Nov 5, 2023 detailing my efforts, their lack of response and requesting reinstatement of my accouint/points prior to contacting the authorities. There was no legitimate reason for Crowdtap's disabling my account.

      I have been a member of Crowdtap for several years. Recently my account was disabled so I contacted support. I receive a response back that a glitch had occurred disabling accounts but they would reinstate my account. My account was reinstated and I attempted to redeem points for rewards. All seemed well but I never received the email with my virtual gift card. When I tried to sign back in it showed account was disabled again. I sent an inquiry and was told I must have violated terms by having a vpn. I replied back that I do not have a vpn installed now nor have I ever had an issue until they started using AI on accounts. Since then I have contacted Crowdtap several times but have yet to receive another response. I would like to redeem the points I earned for the gift cards.
