Had my website for over a year and I'm so happy with it and is everything I had hoped for, however for some reason it has stopped accepting my renewal. I've tried different cards with different banks and tried contacting customer services. I've not had a response as of yet but I hope they can resolve it soon as it is currently offline! As soon as I receive a reply I will update 4 stars to 5 stars, as this company really is amazing for a small business.

Had a quick reply after I posted this, and my website was extended for free until payment was resolved! I’m so happy with this company they really take care of their customers!

My website someone access and change all my web and my contact has been removed and all photo from my web I try to contact simplesite to help and change password but no body help for more than 6 month now without solve the problem

I had a problem last year and was able to get technical assistance from Carl at Simple Site. A few days ago I have another problem, and when I contacted simple site I was told that they could not help me. I then contacted Carl and he help me with one problem and advise me as to how I can go about fixing the other issue, which I'm doing right now.

Simplesite.com is simply the best! I rant raved reviews due to the fact... it is not only affordable even to people that are on a low income, but the service, advice, explanations, caring kindness, to me has been superb! I am literally ecstatic that I have 330,000 visitors and average 400 or more a day and have not advertised. It is simply because I follow the wisdom/knowledge that is rendered to me as part of simplesite.com services. They are prompt, to the point, explicit, and open for more questions and concerns always! They establish a rapport with you that is much like family!

l love this simple site so much and l will still continue using it but l have a problem here last month l use the 1usd option the expiring date it was on the 18 November but l did not have money to renew it but USD 28.83 is deducted in my account .please l need a refund and l will renew my site later maybe by next week

Very misleading says it’s free, then you get bombarded with emails say they they are taking your site down as it’s a 30 days trial. What a wast of my time building a website that took me weeks to make then told you pay! This site is not cheap either compared to other better providers after research, which are free.
Don’t wast your time building one with them, there are much cheaper providers out there.

Its seems like a good site, but there is clinch in their software to set up a payment method for my products. I had a personal PayPal account, I upgraded to a business as they requested. But their useless software would not accept the upgrade. Their 'support help' is just q and a which is as useful as a chicalote teapot. There no way to message them to speak to a human or even a chatbot, same result with social media Which is real frustrating and huge waste of my time in the building the site.

Signed up for free hosting. No mention of a trial period or expiry date in the T&C's. Recently they started demanding payment for using this "free" service, threatening to delete my account if I did not comply. Despicable act. I would not host a site with this company now even if they paid me to do so.

I am editing my review as I had not read the instructions properly and the mistake was mine.
I find this a very easy site to manage and love the effect.
When I contacted them they more than resolved my problem. Now I feel they are a company to be trusted which is so important in this day and age when there is so much very dubious stuff around.
I can happily recommend them. it is a joy to build this site

I too had the free version of SimpleSite. Recently I was sent an email stating that it was going to expire, but I could try PRO for 1.00 a month for 3 months.
Sounded like a good deal, until I checked my bank account. No where did they state it was going to cost 39.95 for 3 months plus the international credit card fee they charged as well of .32. The 1.00 was there as well as another .01 fee for using a cc internationally.
Thanks for your transparent, honest solicitation of your website. I am expecting a refund and I have also canceled and deleted my web page.

The features are all cool and easy to set up and use though I was not able to see the full picture because I was on a free subscription mode, but I would say that it would have been a lot better if I took the plan or something. The overall experience was great especially for beginners.

Been with this company for about 5 years, then they have just closed my website down despite paying on time. Said they have moved to One.com, Tried to log in but account does not exist. Contacted both Simplesite and One.com, no reply.
Thank you for the update, however my customers are complaining, and I am sure I am losing business, as this website is a booking portal.

Very disappointed with Simplesite. Signed up for the free plan, which had very basic options but was sufficient for my needs.
They emailed me out of the blue stating "We are stopping your free service – but you are welcome to continue as PRO user." and "We are doing this to be able to continue development and support of Simplesite..."
So it's only "free" for a limited period? No thanks, that's not what I signed up for. I have since found an alternative service provider that is genuinely free, and closed my Simplesite account
