I have received my order and I couldn’t be happier. Communication with Mosh is excellent. Understandably there is a shortage of my product but Mosh delivered in the estimated time frame.

I have been expecting a phone call from the practitioner as I have paid for my order and now waiting for it to be delivered, haven't heard from anyone in days, have written and email and still waiting for a response. This is not a good start to this process.

Recently wanted to add to my regular supplement supply but couldn’t do it through the app. A quick email sent and the issue was sorted for me.

Awesome staff and customer service. They are always happy to help and respond promptly. They have knowledgeable medical professionals and appointments are easy to make and accessible via video chat or text chat. Time between paying $295 and being delivered medication is is about 20 days. Ridiculous.
I've gotten a script from my GP(mind you I'm not obese just over weight) and the pharmacies almost always have stock I have 6 repeats and the medicine for one month cost $139 not $295.

This has been SO FRUSTRATING. I paid for my order of semiglutide on 15 April. It is now 15th of May and I am still waiting for my order. I have written to customer service by email and online chat and the service level is HORRIFIC! They blatantly ignore questions and provide you with very generic responses. Emails have gone completely unanswered! My next direct debit is due to come out next week - $295 and I still haven't received my first order. For a medication I am supposed to inject into my body, I have grave concerns about the safety of this product if it has just been sitting around for a month! I am at a loss with what to do here, I am desperate for the treatment, but I have zero faith or trust in this company, based on this experience. I cannot reccommend.

They don’t get back to you or follow up . Initial service great , but once they have your money expect that to end . My monthly medication is currently 20 days overdue ( they took my money though ) and nobody will

Rubbish so far. You were quick to take payment from me, but alas, a full more than a week later nothing has been compounded or even close to distributed to me. Not good- don't even know if I'll ever get anything.

Liars. They ask you dozens of questions and then send your details for review by a doctor. Come back and says approved please pay for dispense of medicine. AFTER payment they stop and say doctor appointment needed to process. Absolute thieves who KNOW people (including me) would not sign up if they knew they had to talk to a doctor!! Defeats the entire point of online service. Useless. Thieves have no refund button either you have to wait endlessly for customer service to respond. Thieves. Useless company.
