Do you use your Apple account to sign in to third-party apps, websites, and services using the excellent ā€œSign in with Appleā€ feature? If so, you might want to view all the apps that have access to your Apple ID information and manage them. You can easily manage and view the apps using Sign in with Apple from any device by using the Apple ID website, meaning you can make these changes using any Mac, iPhone, iPad, Windows PC, Android, Chromebook, Linux machine, or otherwise.

Sign in with Apple is a feature that was introduced somewhat recently and it’s quite popular thanks to it’s privacy focus. Essentially it is Appleā€™s equivalent of Sign in with Google and Sign up with Facebook and works in a very similar way, albeit with some added functionalities like being able to hide your email from apps and signups.

Controlling what apps have access to your Apple ID information for logins is a fairly easy and straightforward procedure. You can follow the steps below from any device with a web browser.

  1. Head over to appleid.apple.com on your web browser and sign in with your Apple account.

  2. Once you’re in the Apple ID account settings page, go to the Security section and click on “Manage” under Apps & Websites Using Apple ID.

  3. Now, youā€™ll be able to see all the apps that use your Apple ID for logins. Click on any of the apps listed here.

  4. Here, you can choose to turn off automatic forwarding for emails. To prevent the app from using your Apple ID details for logging in, click on ā€œStop Using Apple IDā€.How to Manage Apps Using Your Apple ID on Any Device
  5. When youā€™re prompted to confirm your action, choose ā€œStop using Apple IDā€ again.

There you go. Now you know how to manage the apps that are using your Apple ID from any device that you own, whether it’s an Apple product or something else.

Once you remove an app from this list, youā€™ll be signed out of the app on your device. You can either choose to ā€œSign in with Appleā€ or create a new account the next time you open the app or visit their website. However, when you sign in with your Apple ID, you will be signed in to the same account you previously used.

This section can also be used to view the randomly generated email addresses that were created when you chose to hide your email while signing up for an account in the app.

If you own an iPhone or iPad, you can easily manage the apps that are using your Apple ID right from your iOS/iPadOS device by visiting iCloud settings. Or, if you use a Mac, you can do the same by heading over to System Preferences -> Apple ID on macOS.
