@GarlicPaws Because it was two simultaneous orders and only one got canceled, Doordash itself, not the app, but the service itself, had an error and crashed.

I recognize I have had multiple complaints about that same restaurant overthe past few months but the Manager at the restaurant herself said we are not the only ones dealing with recurring issues as they have had a lot of staff turnover the last few months.

@CongressHeroes @LeaMaric If Dashers keep trying to hand the order to you when you don’t want them to, I would recommend double checking your settings next time you place an order. If it’s correct, and it keeps happening, contact DoorDash support. There could be an error on their end.
