I fkn agree @DoorDash_Help is not worthy of any stars
Today's experience shows they like being like crooks.
With all the proof they refuse tk acknowledge error

@DoorDash_Help @DoorDash @DoorDashImpact I have needed to use your service frequently lately have not been reporting the many issues I’ve had. This needs to be remedied now.
I have spent considerable time and energy working through this as I’ve needed to use your service. I stopped for many months after many issues.

partnered with @Grubhub because I've had nothing but problems. Won't help when an order's wrong. Website & app won't let me order from @Wendys. Only used today because @DoorDash doesn't deliver @RitasItalianIce in my area. Obviously, @Grubhub doesn't either.

But the reviews from customers/employees aren’t so good.
Again…that’s the problem. Focusing on the “product” at the expense of the #customerservice.
And the founders doing deliveries is not a valid benchmark.

@mikemcg0 @StartupArchive_ This is great…and much respect to the founders. But the level of service @DoorDash provides has dropped significantly.
There’s a lot of talk about the “launching” of a startups.
But not much on building a #business that improves its service over time.

@DoorDash_Help @DoorDash Just sent the info. I recognize I have had multiple complaints about that same restaurant overthe past few months but the Manager at the restaurant herself said we are not the only ones dealing with recurring issues as they have had a lot of staff turnover the last few months.
