You can log in to your Costco Credit Card account online from the login page on the Citibank website, or from the mobile app. You will have to enter your username and password in the appropriate fields and click the “Sign On” button to access your online account.
If you don’t have an account yet, start by clicking “Register” in order to set up your username and password.
How to Log in to a Costco Credit Card Account
Register your Costco Credit Card for online account access
Click “Register” and enter your your card number, birthdate and the last 4 digits of your Social Security number or Tax ID number to verify your credit card account.
Choose your Costco Credit Card username and password
The username must be between 5 and 50 characters, including special characters, but no spaces. The password must contain 6 to 50 characters and have at least one letter and one number, with no more than two consecutive identical characters. Your password cannot be the same as your username. The password is not case sensitive and may contain special characters.
Log in with your new Costco Credit Card credentials
From the login page on the Citibank website or mobile app, fill out the User ID and Password fields using your new credentials, and click “Sign On” to access your account.
After you have signed up and logged in, you’ll be able to manage your Costco Credit Card account online. You can pay your credit card bill, see credit card statements, monitor account activity, and change account information such as passwords and automatic payments.
If you forget your login information, click “Forgot Password?” on the Citibank login page. Then, follow the prompts to reset or retrieve your username or password.
