Become a Moving Help Service Provider for U-Haul
Become a U-Haul Moving Help Service Provider and start offering moving labor services on uhaul.com and movinghelp.com. You set up your schedule, rates, and get to choose the services you want to offer. Offer services like loading and unloading, packing and unpacking, cleaning, U-Box® deliveries, and specialty item moving. To register, all you have to do is come up with a company name, have a government issued ID, a savings or checking account, and a couple friends to join your crew.

- Complete your account set-up, profile, and training
- Start advertising your moving business on our MarketPlace
How does it Work?
Independent providers offer labor services through the Moving Help MarketPlace on both uhaul.com and movinghelp.com. Customers browsing the MarketPlace can see rates, availability, services, and reviews to help them pick a provider that fits their needs. Once booked, Moving Help® Service Providers get an email and/or text message with the details of their customer’s move. It is encouraged to contact the customer 24 hours from their reservation to ensure satisfaction and details of their move.
Once the customer’s service has been completed, they will share their unique 6 Digit Payment Code with the Service Provider. The provider will then enter this code into their account to release the prepaid funds. Moving Help only takes a 15% cut before releasing the funds to the provider, which is the lowest fee in the industry.
Services You Can Offer
You can select as many or as few services to offer. Packing and unpacking, loading and unloading, cleaning, U-Box® services and specialty item moving are some of the services you can sign up to offer.
Load/Unload
Loading and unloading customers’ furniture and boxes into their U-Haul truck rental and then at the next destination inside their home.
Pack/Unpack
Packing and unpacking customers’ belongings to and from their provided moving boxes.
Specialty Item Moving
Offer specialty item moving for oversized items like pianos, baby grand pianos, large appliances, and gun safes.
Cleaning
Clean a customer’s home before they move in or help them ensure the return of their security deposit after moving out.
U-Box Load/Unload
Load and or unload customer’s U-Box® Moving & Storage Containers at their home or at a U-Haul center.
U-Box Delivery
If your vehicle is equipped for towing, you can help the customer pick-up and drop off their U-Box®. U-Haul provides the trailer needed to safely deliver the storage containers.
