Please do not waste your money by subscribing. I have reported ZEE Tamil channel comes up with the message that "subscription was not paid by Yupptv". The issue was reported in May, and I was told to allow some time to resolve the issues. This week channel is completely disconnected due to an unpaid subscription. There are two possibilities, the accounts does not care about the subscription or the support staff does not report the issue correctly. ( do not care).Deplorable service.
SUN TV has started its OTT service called SUNNXT, and same for ZEE TV ZEE5. Better subscribe them directly.

Checked on 26/06/23. Still not fixed. please do not believe the response below. It is a money Scam and do not subscribe and you will not get the money back.

Most of the programs are not running . Buffering a lot. Watching Programs on Smart TV is very difficult, After writing to them, No reply. Lots of bugs in App.

I just bought a cricket package, and now YUPP tv is haunting me to do a renuval and pay AGAIN for the cricket packade . I have an offer with 119 its for EVERYBODY. its with cricket included, wich i already paid for. so i asked if they can refund the 24.99 and then make a renuwal because its fraud to charge me for a package 2 weeks ago and now forcing me to do a renuwal with cricket included. But they are VERY Agressiv and forcing me to buy the renuwal for 144.00 with sonyTv wich i dont want. fraud fraud fraud! i have never met a company forcing customer to pay TWICE for the same package!

Fraudster. At the time subscription they told to that they will give us cashback refund and also another tv will be charged at lower subscription. Neither cashback nor another tv has been activated at lower price.

Very poor service. Thankful , i am out of this company. Never ever going to subscribe again and will recommend friends to not subscribe. Very very very bad experience. Promising something and after receiving money cheating subscribers.

Hrs- They don’t have Punjabi channels - movies or shows that was promised at the time of subscription.

They are claiming that it's been mentioned in the terms and conditions which I never agreed.

I requested to cancel my subscription and refund, but it was rejected and costumer service replied: “If you have taken the SonyLIV package directly from SonyLIV also you will get the same content.“ and “Please understand our concern, You can watch the SonyLIV in Hindi language only there is not option in Punjabi content.
”

They have to be fair for the customer, I'm going to report to Norwegian consumer committee and request all others to do the same.

Please stay away from YUPP TV!!!!!!

Please dont take any subscription from YuppTv. There is no proper support if there are any issues. Especially, dont take Aha subscription option from YuppTV.

Jaya network channels are totally gone longtime ago, still no response from Yupp TV on this. When are you planning to resume Jaya network or compensate for this?

Weirdest thing. The customer service has absolutely NO understanding when the only thing you want is to cancel the Subscription instead of a renewal! Last time I made a YEARLY renewal, they suddenly reduce the package to a 6-month subscription, which means I have to renew the subscripton again after 6 months, and buy another yearly subscription. Unfair! Yupp TV is just a rip-off machine. Then you simply want to cancel, but the customer service keeps asking you to renew or pass your subscription to family members.
Instead of just listening to my request of cancellation, the person I talked with suddenly left the conversation as she didn’t want to cancel my subacription. Can’t you just accept when we want to stop this kind of “service”?!

Paid for the World Cup package. Could not log back in within an hour. Their service phone numbers are not active. They did not send any OTP to my phone. I can not recover my password and customer service via email has no response.

I have paid for my mothers Annual subscription and they have removed most South Indian Channels which was on the agreed list. This is unacceptable!!! Seems like they did this with most of the Customers from the reviews .

Second Review (Ads and refund)

I had already reviewed Yupp TV last month regarding some channels being pulled despite having already paid for the entire years subscription. Ended up paying an extra £9 for SUNNxt because they wont refund! What I wanted to highlight in this review is regarding the Ads. Live channels are constantly bombarded with ads by Yupp TV masking the live ads from the channel. I have realise that if you come off the channel and wait a few seconds the ads will disappear. However, I have also noticed that they play ads even after the ads from the channel has finished which means the Yupp Tv ads eat into the programme. THIS IS ALL FOR A PRODUCT THAT I HAVE PAID FOR. Customer service will turn the ads off but you have to call them up every month to turn the ads off for that month. Will not be renewing Yupp TV. Its turning into a scam especially considering the poor quality of service.

Zee tamil doesn't work, programmes are missing and when you call(after a million attempts-email,chat and phone), the response is -"its a worldwide issue".The issues are happening for a while and i regret to say that I am terribly disappointed.

YuppTV it's not a genuine company. They are just scamming the customers by showing the fake Chanel's package while paying. Theek remove most of the Chanel's in a month without any information. If we ask them...then they will ask you to pay more for the same package. Don't get in to this trap ❌

Don’t subscribe to Yupp TV. We were told big boss 7 Telugu will be telecasted and pushed us to take 1 year package and now they don’t telecast the big boss.They are not even refunding and not even ready to provide any solution.

Total scam!! No option to cancel the service from the Account page. Need to call their team or raise a request to cancel. Are we in 2023? The web app doesn't even work. Had to install the mobile app for the app to work. Pathetic product and customer service.

Absolutely crap service in recent times. They will call you N number of times to get you subscribed annually. Without notice they pulled out Sun TV, K Tv and few other channels which I paid for fully for more than one year. They won’t refund! Be careful and do not signup on annually. Cause once you pay the price they will ask you to pay more for upgrade so and so. I’m not singing up never!

No you dont. absolutely disgraceful. If you want to take my money, I have seen you call me numerous time. I did asked you to call me back to discuss about the restriction and refund many times. No one actually made any effort to contact me. Worst company to deal with.
