I’ve been having issues last 2 weeks…

I’ve been having issues last 2 weeks and they keep saying they know about it. Patience is appreciated but it’s been two weeks and no response.. seems like they lead you on and don’t follow through.. I’ve been chatting with help desk and they keep saying IT is looking into it. I am starting to think they are not being honest

Davis M

Davis M. Made my experience amazing! I had previously chatted with 2 other people before him that did not solve my issue. Davis knew exactly what the issue was and had it fixed within 10 minutes. I definitely recommend speaking with Davis M. For any issues you may have. He is great!

Still Waiting......

I HAVE an issue transferring funds to someone with another pay active card user. Called multiple times keep getting told that it's been escalated, and someone is working on it right now and they will notify me soon. It's been days and the same answer every day. I almost got a job there so I could fix my issue as it does not seem that complicated.

This man needs a raise!!!

Ronnie did an outstanding job with assisting me today! This man needs to be in leadership. Not only did he help me order a new card, he went above and beyond with helping me link my accounts. I am very pleased with his professionalism.

I have talked to Davis M numerous times at Payactiv over my years of doing pay advance. He is always most helpful. Always goes above and beyond to help me. I tho k he deserves a raise.

If you have the time to read some of the in counters I've had with this company it's not been very good but today a lady named Amanda went out of her way to help me. It means so much, I wish payactive had more employees like Amanda it would be pleasant doing business with them if they did. Thank you for everything you did for me this morning ,I'll have enough money to put gas in my car this week and get to my jobs.

While going threw my bank statements…

While going threw my bank statements for income tax purposes, I've discovered that someone has been using my debit card numbers, to get money from one of the car dealerships there in San Jose, Ca. My opinion, that someone is from Payactiv, just down the street from the car dealerships there in San Jose, Ca. How can I get my money back?

I had the pleasure of speaking with…Davis M

I had the pleasure of speaking with Davis m today. I had some issues with my balance updating this morning. I have been a customer for a long time and knew something was wrong. Immediately Davis got right to work figuring out what went wrong. Being salary it is a little different but he never missed a beat. Was able to immediately fix my issue and get me access to the money i had worked for. Employees like him are the reason i brag so highly on this company. I have never had a bad experience. I will continue to brag on and refer people to this company.

This app has potential to be great

This app has potential to be great. It’s not great though. They advertise you’ll get same day pay, but you’re lucky if they update your account at all. Now they are updating every 48 hours. People use the app because we struggle and rely on this company to stand by their word. You don’t mess with peoples finances. People go hungry because this app is all over the place and still can’t seem to function properly. Not only is it frustrating but it’s false advertisement. You lure folks in by saying same day pay, then they commit to you only for you to screw them over. I’m so sick of it. It’s nice when it works but so frustrating when it doesn’t. And now they’ve taken away the ability for the reps to manually add your hours so they cannot help at all which is the dumbest thing I’ve heard. This is obviously a huge problem and it’s dumbfounding that the company doesn’t care enough to fix it.

Ava is a very competent person

Ava is a very competent person
She was beyond patient with me in helping me with my problem. Took several minutes but after trying to get help from others involving 3 weeks and 6 calls. Ava seemed to be the only one who could fixmy problem. I know she was getting frustrated with me and my issue cause I was too. But she took her time making sure I was doing the right things to fix my account. Hope if I ever have another issue I get her again. Definitely an asset to the company. She definitely needs a raise after dealing with me...lol

Allen Austin Was amazing he helped me…

Allen Austin Was amazing he helped me when so many lead me in circles. He put up with my attitude and was able to explain what the rest should have from the beginning he needs a raise give him a raise . If you see this allen thank you so much

I contacted them via chat due to my…

I contacted them via chat due to my information not showing up in Payactive although it says work same day get paid same day. At this time Ray and Declan has addressed my concerns and corrected them. I am to wait a hour to log in. Hopefully I will be good then.

I had trouble with my account which was…

I had trouble with my account which was a first. But Zachary over at PayActiv was so patient and professional and helped me out so much I really really appreciate his customer service. He treated me how I would treat my patients. Salute

I was needing help adding my Timecard…

I was needing help adding my Timecard to get funds on last day of pay period. And Payactiv agent Declan R. Helped me very quickly and without issue. He’s helped me other times and always fixed my issues. Very helpful person and makes Payactiv easy to use.

Terrible company

Terrible company, terrible customer service, just all around terrible! I received an email that said if I sign up for and receive 3 direct deposits they will credit $50 to my account. That has never happened! I called the customer care line and the representative was acting as if she was giving me the money herself. After being told to send them a copy of the email which I did. I haven’t received the money l would advise anyone who uses this company to move your money to chime or another company

Called for help with using the app for my card and was assisted by agent Jon Ford and was very satisfied with the service received. He was very good listener ..professional..knowledgeable...informative...and pleasant to talk with. Great asset to company!

Crappy, Incompetent & frustrating

This company does not do what it is advertised to do. There is ALWAYS a problem with updating your hours or giving you access to your funds. They will try to blame your job about pay rates & updates but based off research & comments it's not only the company I work for. When you try to reach out to support they have a bunch of generic responses that are unproductive & enraging. Supervisors or managers never call you back. I have been trying to access my funds for 8 days with no progress. Their "unconcerned" team is extremely slow & incompetent. Co workers told me not to sign up & I should have listened. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! There are more efficient, reliable and productive companies.

Hallelujah!

Davis Miles is the chat agent who was finally able to help me get my earned wages and funds to show up after over a month of me trying failing to get it working. Literally I spoke to probably 15 people. They were all very nice but unfortunately were unable to help me sort things out despite their efforts.

I am so grateful omg. Thank you so much Davis!
