Online Notetaker Application

Eligibility Requirements

Prior to entering your Tulane student ID number and email address, please read over the following:

  • The peer notetaker role is a stipend role; in order to be eligible for this role and its associated stipend, you must become a student employee with the University. International students are eligible for this role, but will be required to complete additional steps in the hiring process in order to be eligible to work in the United States.
  • Returning notetakers can access the Notetaker Portal by visiting the Goldman Center for Student Accessibility's website: http://accessibility.tulane.edu/.
  • OR If you already receive accommodations through the Goldman Center and wish to be a notetaker, you can sign up by logging into your student portal. Please contact our office if you are interested in the notetaking position but unable to sign up.
  • NEW potential notetakers should proceed in completing the fields below.

  1. Hint: Enter 9 alpha numeric characters.
  2. Important Note: Please make sure this username matches with your Single Sign-On (SSO) username in your school.
  3. Please enter email address that ends in @tulane.edu, for example: yourusername@tulane.edu.
