I received a bery top class service…

I received a bery top class service beyond what I hoped for.
The feedback I got was simply well detailed and direct.
It really a 5🌟 run for my money however it took quite a while before I got my answer but I was also already told that the needed it to look into the question carefully do as to give me the apt answer.
I must say that it really worth it.

Do not give this company your bank details!

On Saturday I paid £1 via Apple Pay to get help regarding my dishwasher. On Monday I was called by my bank as this company has attempted to take £30 from my account several times.
It seems from other recent reviews that this is happening often and continues to. They clearly have a serious issue.

What a brilliant & empowering idea .

What a brilliant & empowering idea .. an affordable away to get a 'proper', legal opinion. Even if my issue outcome doesn't go the way I hope it will, being listened to, objectively over seen & professionally guided within the parameters of Law made me feel understood. My advisor 'Jo' replied swiftly & thoroughly. So good to know this service exists for future issues for which in depth knowledge is needed at a price one can afford. THANK YOU.

I got in touch late Friday night…

I got in touch late on a Friday night to Linda one of the vets. She was brilliant, she put my mind at rest straight away with the problems my dog was having. I took my dog to my vet on Monday morning and they said exactly what Linda had said. She was a great help and I highly recommend.

I have to say I was skeptic at first

I have to say I was skeptic at first, thought it was a money making scam, however I was completely wrong.

I pretty much messaged on and off all day a solicitor for advice, he was very professional and communicated with me throughout with some real sound advice to which I am thankful for. I would highly recommend

Warning to anyone who is thinking of…

Warning to anyone who is thinking of using this service. I was charged £5 to ask a question, which was inadequately answered. Unbeknown to me just answer then stole £50 from my account later that month and have just stolen another £50 today. Never at any point did I agree to a subscription with these people. Don't use them. I've reported them to my bank for fraudulent behavior. I'm hoping my bank will get my £100 back for me.

Paid £5 for an initial chat

Paid £5 for an initial chat. Tried to cancel call. They did not call me as scheduled and received a text 2 hours later that did not answer any question I had asked. Charged me £44 for this. Today they have taken £50 for an ongoing membership that I was unaware I was signed up for, did not need and had no emails to relate to such a membership. Called my bank to put a block on further payments and was given a phone number registered to this company. It is not in operation. No response from their customer care. Avoid being ripped off

I have been taken in by a fraudster.

I have been taken in by someone from Bestrade.Global "helping" me to invest profitably. I have lost £3,600, but with Ben Jones' help I avoided losing another £8,800!
Many would think someone in their 70's should know better, but I am naturally trusting, and far too naive. It's unlikely I will get anything back, but I'm so grateful to Ben for such sound advice.

Avoid avoid Charging a monthly subscription without specific authorisation (Hidden subscription)🛑


Warning to anyone who is thinking of using this service. I was charged £10 to ask a question, which was not answered and automatic bot gave me option to press button “call me” for £44 cost,thanks god I didn’t accept it because it was 11:30pm.

Very helpful site…

Kamil tried sending me many different options but I not being very good with a computer was not getting on very well. He had a lot of patience.
Eventually i left it without the problem being sorted as had sat at the computer for too long.
Today i brought the printer downstairs an connected it to the laptop, and it then recognised it.
